中文摘要:我国是世界上最大的能源生产国和消费国。党的十八大以来,我国深入推进能源革命,国内传统能源企业在能源资源开发、转化、消费等各环节都将清洁、低碳摆在重要位置。随着我国进入“十四五”发展阶段,调整能源结构、强化环境治理、倡导节能降耗、加快绿色发展已成为能源领域的主旋律。党的二十大报告明确提出,加快发展方式绿色转型,加快推进产业结构、能源结构调整优化。在此背景下,我国能源企业都面对一个课题,如何更好地适应新形势,落实国家关于建设清洁低碳、安全高效的现代能源体系的要求,使企业在市场竞争中占据一席之地,实现高质量发展。 国家能源集团是全球规模最大的煤炭生产公司、火力发电公司、风力发电公司和煤制油煤化工公司,拥有煤炭、电力、运输、化工等全产业链业务,在能源企业中具有较强代表性。本文选取国家能源集团电力业务板块作为研究对象,在战略管理相关理论的基础上,运用PEST、SWOT等分析模型,综合分析了企业外部环境和内部条件,清晰电力行业发展趋势,剖析了企业电力业务板块现行战略以及拥有的优势、存在的劣势,识别面临的机遇与威胁,找出企业电力业务发展存在的不足,阐述了国家能源集团电力业务板块战略转型必要性。 本文通过研究分析,为国家能源集团电力业务板块战略转型提出可行性建议,包括跨越式发展新能源、清洁高效发展火电、培育战略性新兴产业、数字化助力转型等,并建议通过管控机制调整、新能源区域化管理、设备数字化建设等措施以及科技创新、人才培养、风险防控等保障加以实现。希望本文的研究分析能为国家能源集团电力业务板块战略转型提供一定支持,同时也能为传统电力企业高质量发展提供一定参考。 
英文摘要:For the past few years, China has further promoted the energy revolution, and domestic traditional energy enterprises have placed clean and low carbon in all links of energy resources development, transformation, consumption and so on.As our country enters the “14th Five-Year Plan” development stage, adjusting energy structure, strengthening environmental governance, advocating energy saving and reducing consumption, accelerating energy green development has become the main melody in the energy field.In this context, Chinese energy enterprises all face a problem: how to better adapt to the new situation, implement the country's requirements on the construction of clean, low carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system, so that the enterprises occupy a place in the market competition and achieve high quality development. China Energy Corporation is the largest coal production company, thermal power company, wind power company and coal-to-oil coal chemical company in the world. It owns the whole industrial chain business of coal, power, transportation and chemical industry, and is highly representative among energy enterprises. This paper selects the power business segment of China Energy Corporation as the research object. Based on strategic management related theories, this paper uses PEST, SWOT and other analysis models to comprehensively analyze the external environment and internal conditions of the enterprise, clarify the development trend of the power industry, and analyze the current strategy, advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise's power business. The paper identifies the opportunities and threats facing the development, finds out the shortcomings of the electric power business development of the enterprise, and expounds the necessity of the strategic transformation of the electric power business of the China Energy Corporation. Through research and analysis, this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for the strategic transformation of power business of China Energy Corporation, including leapfrog development of new energy, clean and efficient development of thermal power, cultivation of strategic emerging industries, digital transformation, etc. In addition, it is suggested to implement such measures as adjustment of control mechanism, regional management of new energy, digital construction of equipment, and guarantee of scientific and technological innovation, personnel training, risk prevention and control. It is hoped that the suggestions put forward in this paper can provide certain support for the strategic transformation of power business of China Energy Corporation, and also provide reference for the high-quality development of traditional power enterprises.
