中文摘要: | 互联网金融的出现,使得商业银行面临前所未有的数字化转型压力,信息系统则成为传统银行业务进一步发展的重要后台支撑环节。因此,如何保证信息系统项目的建设质量,成了各家银行提升自身市场竞争力的关键节点。在此前提下,六西格玛改进理论可以提供强有力的理论支持和方向引领,并解决现有市场环境下商业银行面临的实际问题。 通过对比传统项目管理理论与六西格玛改进方法,阐述了在互联网时代,将六西格玛改进引入项目质量管理,目的在于通过科学、客观的分析项目现状,优化项目管理流程,解决项目质量痛点,有效并稳定提升互联网时代下,信息系统项目建设频发的质量问题。在分析了六西格玛设计与改进在具体项目中的优势点后,选用六西格玛改进作为指导思想体系,旨在解决B银行XS信息系统项目建设故障率高的问题。通过DMAIC工具的具体场景应用,构建准确问题分类系统,细化量化问题成因,通过对大量生产数据进行统计分析,客观制定其调优方案与改进策略,并在实际执行后对结果进行控制,实现了信息系统项目建设质量提升的最终目的,也为B银行带来了实际经济效益的提升。在实施改进后进一步分析了半年内的进阶数据,确认可以稳定保持在低缺陷率水平,改进成效显著。通过建立改进小组和建立人才培养机制、获得最高管理者的认同与支持、建立六西格玛项目选择机制、保持持续改进框架等内容,对改进成果进行持续跟踪,逐步完善并最终形成可控的改进结果。 本文通过将六西格玛原理落实到实际项目,借鉴国内外先进经验,对B银行XS系统项目质量管理进行了实践分析,基于六西格玛DMAIC的质量管理流程分析问题原因及提供解决方案,给管理者提供理论依据与现实意义。本文所探讨的信息系统项目质量管理问题,是在有限的资源下解决了最突出的质量管理模型问题,并不是所面对的全部问题。作为一个管理者,深入掌握项目管理知识和技巧是必然的,在此基础上还需要在工作的实践中不断归纳总结,形成可以作为行业标杆的方法论,并向其他领域推广。 | |
英文摘要: | Internet finance has made commercial banks face unprecedented pressure of digital transformation, and information system has become an important backstage support link for the further development of traditional banking business. Therefore, how to ensure the construction quality of information system projects has become a key node for banks to enhance their market competitiveness. On this premise, the Six Sigma improvement theory can provide strong theoretical support and direction guidance, and solve the practical problems faced by commercial banks in the current market environment. By comparing the traditional project management theory and six Sigma improvement method, this paper expounds that in the Internet era, the introduction of six Sigma improvement into project quality management aims to optimize the project management process through scientific and objective analysis of the project status, solve the project quality pain points, effectively and stably improve the frequent quality problems in the construction of information system projects in the Internet era. After analyzing the advantages of six Sigma design and improvement in specific projects, six Sigma improvement is selected as the guiding ideology system to solve the problem of high failure rate in the construction of XS information system project. Through the application of DMAIC tool in specific scenarios, an accurate problem classification system is constructed, the causes of problems are detailed and quantified. Through the statistical analysis of mass production data, the optimization scheme and improvement strategy are objectively formulated, and the results are controlled after actual execution, thus achieving the ultimate goal of improving the quality of information system project construction. It also improved the actual economic benefits for Bank B. After the implementation of the improvement, the further analysis of the advanced data within half a year confirms that the defect rate can be stably maintained at a low level, and the improvement effect is remarkable. By establishing improvement team and talent training mechanism, gaining recognition and support from top managers, establishing six Sigma project selection mechanism, maintaining continuous improvement framework and other contents, continuously tracking the improvement results, gradually improving and finally forming controllable improvement results. By applying the Six Sigma principle to practical projects and drawing on advanced experience at home and abroad, this thesis carries out practical analysis on the project quality management of B Bank XS system. Based on the quality management process of Six Sigma DMAIC, this paper analyzes the problem causes and provides solutions, providing theoretical basis and practical significance for managers. The quality management problem of information system project discussed in this paper is to solve the most prominent quality management model problem under the limited resources, but not all the problems faced. As a manager, it is inevitable to master the knowledge and skills of project management deeply. On this basis, it is necessary to constantly summarize in the work practice, so as to form a methodology that can be used as a benchmark in the industry and promote to other fields. | |
