| 中文摘要: | 当前,随着互联网金融的快速崛起,中国百姓的支付方式及金融活动发生了翻天覆地的变化,金融变得更为普惠,不再是那么遥不可及。互联网时代之前,我国金融行业尤其是银行业还是以传统业务为主,依靠存贷款的利息差作为主要的利润来源,服务主要以自我为中心,较少顾及到客户体验。当互联网兴起,银行业的经营模式已不适应时代发展,需要转型升级做出重大变革。随着利率进行了市场化改革,加之互联网金融利用自身数据优势对理财、贷款等业务的冲击,传统银行业的个人金融板块由于产品同质化水平过高、服务不人性化等原因受到了较大冲击,总体收益不断收窄。因此,为了应对上述挑战,银行业如何进行转型升级成为了一直以来最为热点的话题之一。本文以邮储银行FX分行零售贷款中的三农贷款作为研究对象,以战略管理理论为理论工具,结合该行三农贷款业务经营所处的内外部环境,分析其业务发展中的优势与劣势,为其制定适合其自身特点的竞争战略。 首先,论文描述了邮储银行FX分行三农贷款所处的外部竞争环境,使用 PEST 工具和波特五力模型对各外部环境进行分析,通过外部因素评价矩阵(EFE 矩阵)评估外部因素对邮储银行FX分行三农贷款业务的影响程度。其次,本文描述了邮储银行FX分行三农贷款业务发展的基本情况,包括总体规模、产品构成占比以及贷款不良率等,通过内部因素评价矩阵(IFE 矩阵)对各内部因素赋值,评估内部因素对邮储银行FX分行三农贷款业务的影响程度。再次,论文分析了邮储银行FX分行三农贷款目前的发展策略,运用SWOT分析工具,通过QSPM 矩阵对可选竞争战略进行评估,为其选择更为合适的竞争策略。最后,论文阐述了邮储银行FX分行三农贷款差异化竞争战略的实施方式,并提出了优化资源配置、健全人力建设、加强风险管控和推进科技创新等四个方面的保障措施。 本文对邮储银行FX分行三农贷款业务差异化竞争战略的研究极具价值,为邮储银行FX分行三农贷款业务的稳健发展指明了前进方向,也为同业个人贷款业务发展提供了参考和借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | At present, with the rapid rise of Internet finance, the payment methods and financial activities of the Chinese people have undergone earth-shaking changes, and finance has become more inclusive and not so far away. Before the Internet era, China's financial industry, especially the banking industry, was still dominated by traditional business, relying on the net interest margin as the main source of profit, and the service was mainly self-centered, with less consideration for customer experience. When the Internet rose, the business model of the banking industry is no longer up to date, and it needs to be transformed and upgraded to make major changes. With the market-oriented reform of interest rates and the impact of Internet finance on wealth management, loans and other businesses by using its own data advantages, the personal finance sector of the traditional banking industry has been greatly affected by the high level of product homogenization and inhumanized services, and the overall income has been narrowing. Therefore, in order to cope with the above challenges, how to transform and upgrade the banking industry has become one of the hottest topics at this moment. This paper takes the agriculture, rural areas and farmers Loans in the retail loans of FX Branch of PSBC as the research object, takes strategic management theory as a theoretical tool, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the bank's business development based on the internal and external environment of the agriculture, rural areas and farmers Loans business of the bank, and formulates a competitive strategy suitable for its own characteristics. Firstly, the paper describes the external competitive environment in which the Postal Savings Bank FX Branch's agriculture, rural areas and farmers Loans business is located, analyzes each external environment using PEST tools and Porter's Five Forces Model, and evaluates the impact of external factors on the Postal Savings Bank FX Branch's agriculture, rural areas and farmers Loans business through the External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE Matrix).
