中文摘要:随着世界经济的飞速发展,企业对优秀的人才的渴望越来越强烈,中国的猎头服务市场已发展将近30年,也进入了一个前所未有的蓬勃发展时期。S猎头公司在规模、知名度和服务领域上市场竞争力依然很小,未来发展前景充满挑战和机遇。公司正在努力学习和借鉴国内外先进的经营理念和管理经验,并积极参与全国性的猎头市场竞争,以求在激烈的市场环境中保持领先优势。为此,公司不断调整竞争战略,以适应市场变化,实现企业的可持续发展,并且在互联网和大数据时代中保持竞争优势。 本文选择S猎头公司为研究对象,以文献研究法、案例分析法、管理工具法为研究方法。先介绍S猎头公司的发展的现状和目前存在的问题,然后进行公司的内、外部环分析,并使用EFE矩阵来衡量每一项指标的影响力。然后通过SWOT分析法来剖析S猎头公司当前环境下发展的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。经过成本领先战略、差异化战略和聚焦化战略这三种竞争战略的对比,得出S猎头公司的竞争战略为差异化战略,通过价值曲线,分析S猎头公司与同区域其他三家领先猎头公司的优劣势,得到适合S猎头公司的差异点,最后制定出有效的实施措施与保障,以确保这些战略的有效实施。 本文从竞争战略的角度出发,探索S猎头公司的竞争战略,对同类型的公司有着一定的借鉴价值。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of the world economy, enterprises' desire for excellent talents is becoming increasingly strong. China's headhunting service market has been developing for nearly 30 years and has entered an unprecedented period of vigorous development. The market competitiveness of S headhunting company in terms of scale, popularity, and service areas is still very small, and the future development prospects are full of challenges and opportunities. The company is striving to learn and learn from advanced business concepts and management experience both domestically and internationally, and actively participating in the national headhunting market competition in order to maintain a leading advantage in the fierce market environment. To this end, the company continuously adjusts its competitive strategy to adapt to market changes, achieve sustainable development of the enterprise, and maintain a competitive advantage in the era of the Internet and big data. The research object of this thesis is a headhunting company, and the methods used are literature research, case analysis, and management tool.To begin, the S headhunting company's development status and current issues must be presented. Subsequently, the internal and external environment of the firm must be scrutinized, and the EFE matrix should be utilized to gauge the effect of each indicator.SWOT analysis is employed to assess the advantages, disadvantages, chances, and dangers of a S headhunting firm's present development atmosphere.Comparing three competitive tactics - cost leadership, differentiation and coking - was the result.By analyzing the value curve, it is concluded that S headhunting company stands out from the other three leading headhunting companies in the same region, with its advantages and disadvantages.A differentiation strategy is the competitive tactic employed.?Formulating effective implementation measures and guarantees to guarantee the successful implementation of these strategies is the ultimate goal. This thesis explores the competitive strategy of S headhunting company from the perspective of competitive strategy, which has certain reference value for similar companies.
