中文摘要：	随着全球经济合作的持续加强，国家、地区之间的产业联系越来越紧密，全球经济竞争已从单一企业竞争逐渐转变到企业供应链之间的竞争。而钢铁行业作为影响我国经济发展水平的重要行业，对我国国民经济发展和国家安全具有重要的作用。随着近年来钢铁行业的低迷促进了钢铁行业供应链产业的转型，使得钢铁行业供应链上的核心企业转而发展供应链金融业务。目前越来越多的商业银行和国有企业进入供应链金融领域，随着近几年重大风险事件频发，供应链金融隐藏的风险问题也逐渐暴露，如何进行风险管理是目前银行和国企最为关心和棘手的热点。 X公司作为钢铁行业供应链企业对我国钢铁行业的发展具有重要的影响作用，自开始转型发展供应链金融以来已取得相当的成绩，并不断创新推出新的业务模式，其金融风险控制的改革措施对于钢铁行业供应链管理重要的启示作用。本文选取钢铁行业供应链企业——X公司进行分析研究，从供应链金融的角度进行分析研究剖析出整个行业的发展情况，同时通过量化分析，通过个案的分析以小见大推动钢铁行业的发展。 本文从钢铁行业供应链金融服务商的角度进行切入说明供应链金融风险管理研究对钢铁行业供应链发展的重要意义，在简要介绍供应链金融风险管理基本概念的基础上，运用文献分析法阐述当前国内外供应链金融管理的研究现状，继而通过归纳分析法总结了当前我国钢铁行业供应链主要模式、发展现状及风险特点。其次，运用案例分析法，选取钢铁行业典型供应链企业X公司为案例进行分析研究，主要阐述了X公司的供应链金融业务模式的创新之处和存在的问题。最后，通过使用二元Logistic模型回归分析，对信用风险进行量化分析，建立细化的客商评分卡模型，并针对总结的风险问题提出具体的优化对策，继而为钢铁行业供应链金融的发展和风险管理提供参考。
英文摘要：	With the continuous strengthening of global economic cooperation, the industrial ties between countries and regions are becoming closer and closer, and the global economic competition has gradually changed from the competition of a single enterprise to the competition between the supply chain of enterprises. As an important industry affecting China's economic development level, the steel industry plays an important role in China's national economic development and national security. With the downturn in the steel industry in recent years, the transformation of the steel industry supply chain industry has been promoted, making the core enterprises in the steel industry supply chain turn to the development of supply chain finance business. At present, more and more commercial banks and state-owned enterprises have entered the field of supply chain finance. With the frequent occurrence of major risk events in recent years, the hidden risk problems of supply chain finance have gradually been exposed. How to carry out risk management is the most concerned and difficult hot spot for banks and state-owned enterprises at present. Company X as a steel industry supply chain enterprise has an important influence on the development of China's steel industry, since the beginning of the transformation and development of supply chain finance has achieved considerable achievements, and constantly innovated to launch new business models, its financial risk control reform measures for the steel industry supply chain management important enlightenment role. This paper selects the supply chain enterprise in the steel industry - Company X for analysis and research, analyzes and analyzes the development of the entire industry from the perspective of supply chain finance, and promotes the development of the steel industry through quantitative analysis and case analysis. This paper explains the importance of supply chain financial risk management research to the development of the steel industry supply chain from the perspective of supply chain financial service providers in the steel industry, and on the basis of briefly introducing the basic concepts of supply chain financial risk management, the literature analysis method is used to explain the current research status of supply chain financial management at home and abroad, and then summarizes the main modes, development status and risk characteristics of the current supply chain of China's steel industry through inductive analysis. Secondly, using the case analysis method, Company X, a typical supply chain enterprise in the steel industry, is selected as a case study for analysis, which mainly expounds the innovation and existing problems of Company X's supply chain finance business model. Finally, by using binary logistic model regression analysis, the credit risk is quantitatively analyzed, a detailed merchant scorecard model is established, and specific optimization countermeasures are proposed for the summarized risk problems, which then provides reference for the development of supply chain finance in the steel industry.
