中文摘要：	目前我国医疗环境及医疗政策面临着巨大的变化，从2016年至今，国家先后对医药行业实行了“两票制”，“集中采购”，4+7试点，单病种付费、DRG试点等多种医改新政策。国家医疗保障局2019年6月开始实施按疾病诊断相关分组付费（DRG Diagnosis Related Groups），第一批以北京、上海、天津、厦门等全国30个城市为DRG试点城市，到2022年3月北京、天津等试点城市已全面进入模拟运行阶段，以上医疗政策的变化及调整给实体医疗带来了前所未有的挑战。除此之外，从2020年至今，新冠肺炎疫情持续反复，给国家和人们生活的方方面面都带来了严重的影响，尤其是疫情期间，人们看病难、取药难，实体医疗面临着巨大的挑战，在此背景下，互联网医疗应运而生。在新冠肺炎疫情的三年时间里，互联网+医疗确实缓解了实体医院的就诊压力，减少线下就医可能造成的交叉感染，在这个特殊的时期，越来越多的人选择了在线问诊、送药到家等服务，疫情的影响加速了互联网医疗行业整体的发展，但是快速发展的同时，前期互联网医疗行业也存在着一系列的乱象和挑战，随后国家针对互联网医院发布了多项政策和法规给予支持和规范，而这一切对于传统医疗行业而言，也势必带来前所未有的机遇和挑战。 我国互联网医疗发展迅速，目前在线上问诊、医药电商、疾病管理等方面迅速涌现了多个互联网平台，但是由于互联网医疗起步较晚，仍处于摸索阶段，因此各个平台之间出现了医疗服务内容重叠，同质化严重，商业壁垒薄弱等问题，再加上国家政策法规的不断调整和不健全，行业规范统一性不够，各级医疗中心数据共享难度大，伦理及数据安全等客观因素，使得我国互联网医疗企业仍需要奋力的调整和改进。 本文通过对天津微医互联网医院的深入研究，结合目前我国实体医疗和互联网医疗的现状，找到其面临的机会及挑战，找到微医互联网医疗与实体医疗共建结合的突破点，最终得出微医的竞争战略的选择和实施保障。本文的研究结果可为微医互联网医疗平台未来的发展方向及战略选择提供参考，目的在于增强自身的的竞争优势，实现企业的愿景和长期的发展。
英文摘要：	At present, China's medical environment and medical policies are facing great changes. From 2016 to now, the state has implemented various medical reform policies such as "two-ticket system", "centralized procurement", 4+7 pilot, single-disease payment, DRG pilot, etc. The National Healthcare Security Administration began to implement DRG Diagnosis Related Groups in June 2019. The first batch of DRG diagnosis related groups were in 30 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Xiamen. By March 2022, Beijing, Tianjin and other national pilot cities have fully entered the stage of simulation operation. The above medical policy changes and adjustments have brought unprecedented challenges to the entity medical. In addition, from 2020 to now, the continuous recurrence of the COVID-19 epidemic has brought serious impacts on all aspects of the country and people's lives. In particular, during the epidemic period, it is difficult for people to see a doctor and get medicine, and entity medical treatment is facing great challenges. In this context, Internet medical treatment comes into being. In the three years of the COVID-19 epidemic, Internet plus medical treatment has indeed relieved the pressure of physical hospitals and reduced the cross-infection that may be caused by offline medical treatment. In this special period, more and more people choose online consultation, home delivery and other services, the impact of the epidemic accelerated the overall development of the Internet medical industry, but at the same time, the rapid development of the Internet medical industry in the early stage of a series of chaos and challenges, then the state issued a number of policies and regulations for Internet hospitals to support and regulate. All this will bring unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the traditional medical industry. Internet medical treatment has developed rapidly in China. At present, many Internet platforms have emerged in online consultation, medical e-commerce, disease management and other aspects. However, due to the late start of Internet medical treatment, it is still in the groping stage, so there are problems such as overlapping medical services, serious homogenization, weak commercial barriers and so on. On top of the constant adjustment and not perfect national policies and regulations, the uniformity of industry regulations is not enough, medical center data sharing at all levels of difficulty, ethics and data security and other objective factors, make our Internet medical enterprises still need to strive to adjust and improve. In this paper, through the promotion study of Tianjin micro-medicine Internet Hospital, combined with the current status of physical medicine and Internet medicine in our country, to find the opportunities and challenges faced by micro-medicine Internet medicine and entity medicine to find a breakthrough point in the combination of the construction of micro-medicine Internet medicine and entity medicine, finally conclude the development strategy choice and implementation of the guarantee of micro-medicine. The research results of this paper can provide reference for the future development direction and strategy of the We Doctor Internet medical platform, aiming at enhancing its own competitive advantages and realizing the vision and long-term development of the enterprise.
