中文摘要: 当前,随着全球制造业不断发展,智能制造已经成为发展的新趋势。欧美发达国家,纷纷提出以智能制造为基础的发展战略,其根本目的都是要打造信息化背景下制造业的国际竞争优势。制造业是我国经济强国的支柱,是国际竞争的基础,提升综合国力的源泉,虽然我国已经在世界上堪称制造业第一大国,但在实际的生产制造过程中,普遍存在多种浪费,严重制约着企业的运营效率和绩效结果,因此如何运用成熟的智能制造技术来改善经营环境,提高经营效率,降低经营成本,已经成为各个企业研究和应用的热门话题之一。 本文旨在以汽车零部件制造企业 M 公司为研究对象,对其进行智能化改善的研究,实施过程中,对过程实例进行记录和分析,总结实施方法、遇到的问题及解决方法,为此类研究探索出一套新的实践案例,以供研究者参考。首先,本文根据智能制造相关理论和国内外研究现状,利用工业 4.0 基础理论,通过三个核心主题指导理念把物联网、MES 系统、信息通信技术、机器设备自动化、人机协作、云计算等作为研究指导理论基础进行展开,应用到实际工作过程中,分析总结出一些可以应用于本企业的实践方法。经过生产现场实地考察调研,找出企业实际生产过程中出现的生产管理问题,产品质量问题,物流 管理问题,生产数据管理问题,并加以分析和总结;其次,为了解决企业生产制造过程中出现的问题,本文基于智能制造的思想和理论基础将企业各生产过程分别进行新的规划,制定出智能化改善总体方案设计蓝图、实施路径,通过生产管理改善、生产车间自动化升级、自动物料运输、全员生产维护、数据收集分析管理平台搭建,对工厂生产现场进行智能化改善规划和方案设计,通过示范线的改善实践,探索整个规划的可行性和实践效果,并且对智能制造改善进行了效果评价,总结出智能化改善有助于企业生产管理水平的提高、产品质量表现的提高、人工成本降低、设备故障率降低、生产数据分析准确性的提 升,能够很好的支持管理者的决策。最终,本文对 M 公司智能制造改善未来的发展做出了展望。 
英文摘要: At present, with the continuous development of global manufacturing industry, intelligent manufacturing has become a new trend of development. Developed countries have proposed the development strategies based on the intelligent manufacturing. Their fundamental purpose is to create an international competitive advantage in manufacturing. Manufacturing industry is the foundation of China's economic. Although China has become the largest manufacturing country in the world, but in the actual production and manufacturing process, there are many kinds of waste, especially low production efficiency, high inventory of semi-finished products and finished products, unstable product quality, untimely and inaccurate manual collection of production data. The production status cannot be fully monitored in real time, and the analysis of historical data is insufficient, which seriously restricts the operating efficiency and performance results of enterprises. Therefore, how to use mature intelligent manufacturing technology to improve the operating environment, operating efficiency, and reduce operating costs has become one of the hot topics in the research and application of enterprises. This article is to research an automobile parts manufacturing enterprise M Company, as the research object, to carry out research on its intelligent improvement. During the implementation process, it records and analyzes the process examples, summarizes the implementation methods, problems encountered and solutions, and explores a set of new practice cases for this kind of research for researchers' reference. First of all, according to the relevant theories of intelligent manufacturing and the research status at home and abroad, based on the basic theory of Industry 4.0, the ITO, MES system, information communication technology, automation, human-computer cooperation, cloud computing, etc. are used as the theoretical basis for research guidance through three core theme guiding concepts, and applied to the actual work process, this article analyzes and summarizes some analysis methods that can be applied to this enterprise, finds out the production management problems, prod quality problems, logistics management problems, and production data management problems that occur in the actual production process of the enterprise, and analyzes and summarizes them. Secondly, in order to solve the problems in the production and manufacturing process of enterprises, based on the idea and theoretical basis of intelligent manufacturing, this article conducts new planning and integration for each production process of enterprises. Through the improvement of production management, the automatic upgrading of production workshops, automatic material transportation, full production maintenance, and the establishment of data collection, analysis and management platforms, this article conducts intelligent improvement planning and scheme design for factory production and logistics processes, Through the improvement practice of the demonstration line, the feasibility and practical effect of the entire planning were explored, and the effect of the improvement of intelligent manufacturing was evaluated. It was concluded that the intelligent improvement is conducive to the improvement of enterprise production management level, the improvement of product quality performance, the reduction of labor costs, the reduction of equipment failure rate, and the accurate analysis of production data, which can well support the decision-making of managers. Finally, this article looks forward to the future development of M Company's intelligent manufacturing improvement.
