| 中文摘要: | 激发民营经济的市场活力,对保证我国经济在合理区间运行具有重要意义。中国制造业在发展的同时,也对行业标准提出了更高的要求,急需进行价值链重构和升级。因此,家族企业应继续秉持“现金为王”的理念,持续提升现金流管理水平,改善企业竞争力。中国制造的价值链目前也正在从传统价值链的基础上进一步发展,首先内价值链正不断地向外价值链进行延伸,特别关注上下游供应商、经销商,不断加强自身研发技术。现在,我国大部分工业企业面临的问题主要是自主创新不强、生产质量问题、资源利用效率低以及产业结构不合理等问题。为了解决这些问题,控制价值链环节的现金流管理尤为重要,尤其在2021年剧烈的贸易摩擦和疫情持续等多因素影响下,价值链的升级至关重要。 本研究梳理了S家族企业的组织结构、经营概况以及行业现状,对其主要财务指标和现金流整体状况进行了分析。并归纳出S企业在管理战略、预算管理和流程管理三方面的现金流管理现状。 然后,本研究通过比对S家族企业现金流管理现状与本企业战略及现金流管理目标的差异,与同行业标杆企业的差异,得出S家族企业现金流管理存在的问题:在经营活动中,生产环节占用时间过长,资金使用效率低下,应收账款管理存在缺陷;在投资活动中,未能充分利用自由现金流,创新研发投入偏离企业战略;在筹资活动中,由于家族企业突出地信息不对称以及家族成员资金占用加重了企业的融资约束。上述问题的成因可以归纳为:业务构成单一;现金流管理数字化技术应用不足;夫妻共治阻碍投资决策统一;部分家族成员胜任力低。 最后,本研究从价值链及流程再造的角度出发提出了解决上述现金流管理问题的优化策略,提出了流程再造和基于价值链视角的现金流管理体系。制定长期投融资战略以增强现金流管理与企业战略的吻合度。通过加强审计监督以提高会计信息质量;聘请外部咨询机构实施家族资产与企业资产的隔离,缓解家族企业融资约束。现金流管理内部环境也是影响现金流管理效果的重要因素,转变企业主经营风格、设立高效的组织结构以及培养优秀的企业文化都是优化现金流管理的有效措施。 | |
| 英文摘要: | This thesis reviews the organizational structure, operation and industry status of the S family business, and analyzes its main financial indicators and overall cash flow. It also sums up the current situation of cash flow management in strategic management, budget management and process management of S enterprise. Then, this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the cash flow management of S family enterprise: in the business activities, the production link occupies too long time, the use of funds is inefficient, the receivables management defects; In investment activities, it fails to make full use of free cash flow, and the investment in innovation and R&D deviates from the corporate strategy; In the financing activities, because of the prominent information asymmetry of family firms and the capital occupation of family members, the financial constraints of firms are aggravated. The causes of the above problems can be summarized as follows: single business composition; Insufficient application of digital technology in cash flow management; Marital co-governance hinders the unification of investment decisions; Some family members have low competence. Finally, this thesis puts forward the optimization measures to solve the above cash flow management from the perspective of value chain and process reengineering, and puts forward the cash flow management system based on process reengineering and value chain perspective. Formulate long-term investment and financing strategies to enhance the consistency between cash flow management and enterprise strategy. Improve the quality of accounting information by strengthening audit supervision; External consulting institutions are hired to isolate family assets from firm assets to ease the financing constraints of family firms. Internal mitigation of cash flow management is also an important factor affecting the effect of cash flow management. | |
