中文摘要：	存货的有效管理，对设备制造业企业具有重要的意义。从财务角度看，有效的存货管理能够降低存货的相关成本、减少企业存货的损失并且提高资金的使用效率；从非财务角度看，高水平的存货管理能够帮助企业建立良好的品牌信誉等，同样能够提升企业的竞争力。然而，企业在开展存货管理时往往会出现各种问题，可能是某些方面存在不足，也可能是企业存货管理的整体存在缺陷，在当前经济环境不景气且市场竞争激烈的情况下，企业存货管理存在缺陷无疑是削弱了自身的竞争力，随之产生一定的经营风险。对于设备制造业企业而言，如何通过存货管理，降低企业整体运营成本、提高经营效率以及资金流转效率，是企业经营和发展需要关注的重点之一。 　　　本文基于存货管理的相关理论方法，以及国内外学者对存货管理的研究现状，选取了国内设备制造企业A公司作为案例研究对象，对A公司的基本情况进行调研，并对A公司存货管理的各个环节进行梳理和细化分析，发现A公司存在采购与存货库存管理脱节、原材料供应不及时、存货盘点工作敷衍塞责、存货日常管理效率低下以及存货中发出商品占比大的问题，进而分别对存货管理涉及的各个环节中导致问题的原因进行深入分析，结合存货管理的具体管理流程，提出了利用MRP优化存货采购、完善供应商合作机制、改善内部存货管理制度等措施，在保证生产经营稳定性的前提下实现优化A公司存货管理的目的，同时希望本文的案例研究能够为同类企业存货管理提供借鉴。
英文摘要：	To equipment manufacturing enterprises,the effect of inventory management is of big significance. From the financial perspective,it can reduce the related cost of inventory, reduce the wastage of enterprise inventory and improve the efficiency of capital use.From the non-financial perspective, a high level of inventory management can help enterprises establish good brand reputation, and it can also enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. However, enterprises often encounter various problems when carrying out inventory management, which may be due to deficiencies in some aspects or the whole. 　　　Nowadays，the current economic environment is stagnant，and the competition of enterprises is extremely fierce .The deficiencies of enterprise inventory management undoubtedly weaken their competitiveness and generate certain business risks. For the equipment manufacturing enterprises, how to reduce the overall operating cost, improve the operating efficiency and capital flow efficiency through inventory management is one of the focuses of enterprise operation and development. This dissertation studies the research literature on inventory management at home and abroad,and studies relevant inventory theories and methods. this dissertation selects the domestic company A as the case study object,familiar with the basic production and operation of the enterprises, combs and analyzes each link of inventory management of company A, and finds that company A's procurement is not related to inventory management, raw material supply is not timely The inventory counting work is perfunctory, the efficiency of daily inventory management is low, and the proportion of issued goods in the inventory is large. Then the causes of the problems in each link involved in inventory management are analyzed in depth. Combined with the specific management process of inventory management, measures such as using MRP to optimize inventory procurement, improve supplier cooperation mechanism, and improve internal inventory management system are proposed. It is hoped that the case study in this dissertation can provide reference for the inventory management of similar enterprises.
