中文摘要:近年来,由于市场经济发展迅速,全球经济一体化的进程也正在逐步加快。落眼于中小企业,伴着公司规模的迅速扩大,企业间的竞争也日趋剧烈起来了。而在这样的大环境中,更多的公司把企业全面预算管理的工作运用到了公司的整体经营中。全面预算管理具有主动性和综合性的特性,可以帮助企业更快的适应市场,提高公司整体的运营水平。但由于信息化进程的加速,企业传统的全面预算管理模式在激增的数据、多变的环境面前显得有些吃力。在这样的环境下,ERP软件应运而生,作为新一代的资源配置平台,它应用了先进的信息技术,可以系统地整合企业各方面工作,实现对工作的灵活调整和实时控制,满足企业的需求。它的引进与使用可以实现优化企业业务流程,合理配置企业资源,改善企业内部信息质量等目的。 基于以上背景,本文首先进行了文献研究,结合国内外学者的相关研究成果,对全面预算管理,ERP以及ERP环境下的企业全面预算管理的相关理论进行了分析,总结出全面预算管理与ERP系统管理思想一致、系统结构重合,ERP系统可以为全面预算管理工作的实施创造更好的条件,因此将二者融合是使企业能够适应现代化企业发展的办法之一。在此基础上,通过案例研究的方法引入了G公司的案例,结合G公司在ERP环境下企业全面预算管理实施情况及成果,对G公司ERP环境下的全面预算管理进行了分析和研究,发现G公司在引进ERP系统后与其全面预算管理的相关工作的融合中还存在一些问题,针对这些问题,提出了具体解决措施。基于结论,本文希望能够借此为企业引进ERP后在全面预算方面的实施与融合的工作中提供一些参考,推动信息时代下全面预算管理制度的发展与完善的进程,帮助企业适应环境,实现高效的管理。 
英文摘要:In recent years, the rapid development of the market economy has gradually accelerated the process of global economic integration. In addition, with the rapid expansion of corporate scale, competition among companies has become more and more intense. In such an environment more companies are applying the work of total budget management to the overall operation of the company. Total budget management is proactive and comprehensive, which can help companies to adapt to the market faster, help companies to complete the optimal human resource planning,and improve the overall level of management of the business. However, the acceleration of IT processes has meant that the traditional overall fiscal management model for enterprises is being replaced by a more data-driven model., changing environment seems to be a bit strained, budgeting is not accurate, data updates are not timely, control mode is not flexible enough and other problems continue to appear. In such an environment, ERP software was born, as a new generation of resource allocation platform, based on the characteristics of the network era, it applies advanced information technology, can systematically integrate all aspects of enterprise work, to achieve flexible adjustment and real-time control of the work to meet the needs of enterprises. Its introduction and use can achieve the purpose of optimizing enterprise business processes, rational allocation of enterprise resources, and improving the quality of internal information, which can help enterprises enhance their core competitiveness. Total budget management and ERP system management ideas are consistent, system structure overlap, ERP system can create better conditions for the implementation of total budget management, so the integration of the two is one of the ways to enable enterprises to adapt to the development of modern enterprises. Based on the above background, The paper first conducted a literature review and analyzed theories on total budget management, ERP, and enterprise total budget management in an ERP environment by combining relevant research results from domestic and foreign scholars, and then introduced the case of Company G using a case study approach., combined with the implementation situation and results of enterprise total budget management in ERP environment of company G, and analyzed the case of company G. The paper notes that there are still some problems in ERP system integration and integrated budgeting after the introduction of company G and proposes concrete measures to solve these problems. Based on the findings, it is hoped that this paper will provide some references for the implementation and integration of integrated budgeting after the introduction of ERP., to promote the development and improvement of the comprehensive budget management system in the information age, and to help companies adapt to the environment and achieve efficient management.
