| 中文摘要: | A公司是专注于履带式工程机械底盘零部件制造商,母公司是著名的工程机械企业。该公司产品远销国内外,是工程机械行业知名的零部件供应商。A公司在2019年开始,将自己的零部件产品销售给主机厂,主机厂进行组装并进行工程机械的组装。2021年在各国的经济刺激政策下,使A 公司的零部件以及履带订单快速增加。但是单件零部件的机加工尺寸、相对位置等关键质量特性的差异会引起质量问题和客户投诉。 A公司为了降低客户抱怨,提升产品质量,决定使用六西格玛方法解决链轨节质量问题。本文采用六西格玛的改进模型,对该公司链轨节产品质量问题进行研究并提出质量改进方法。本文首先提出研究的背景及意义,以及研究的内容。之后引入六西格玛改进模型,阐述六西格应用的意义以及研究方法,了解质量管理理论和六西格理论,为论文的研究奠定基础。其次,介绍了A 公司链轨节产品的概要,工艺过程,研究链轨节产品的关键特性,螺栓孔位置在机加工之后如何影响后续装配过程,并探讨使用六西格玛改进模型的可行性分析。然后,基于六西格玛改进模型,使用了SIPOC图、失效模式分析,过程能力分析、测量系统分析、DOE试验设计等工具,在定义清楚因螺栓孔位置偏导致质量缺陷返工的问题后,对链轨节的螺栓孔加工工艺参数、设备故障预防,供应商来料质量,人员标准作业等多种因素,都制定改进方法,切实提高链轨节产品质量。改进后的链轨节的螺栓孔位置度过程能力指数CPK由0.89提升到1.67以上,消除该问题产生的链轨节返工、客户投诉PPM。最后,本次研究为A公司的产品质量体系和产品质量文化进行研究,提出预防性设备维护的管理思维。 本研究基于六西格玛理论,使用六西格玛改进模型进行研究分析。在运用质量工具分析问题,以及提出改进行方案,从根本上解决链轨节的质量问题。将六西格方法论在A公司的推广起到了推进的作用。提升了团队的管理水平以及解决问题的能力。A公司管理层给与了高度评价,对A公司后续改进质量提供了相关参考建议,同时为其他同行业底盘零部件企业提供了案例参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Company A is the manufacturer focusing on the engineering mechanical undercarriage parts and components, the parent company is a famous engineering machinery company. The products company produces are exported abroad and home, it is a well-known engineering machinery industry suppliers. Started from 2019, Company A will supply parts product to OEM makers, the makers started to assemble and sales the Track Group. Coincides with the popularity of new crown virus, construction machinery industry broke out after a long time to be silence, in order to promote economic, national economic stimulus policies make the parts of Company A and track orders increase quickly. But the piece parts’ machining dimension, or the relative position which are the key quality characteristics can cause quality event with different defects. The Track Group with dozens of the same track link joints, one joint of links appears out quality defect, leading the Track Group to be rework, as well as leading to stop production line. Company A in order to reduce customer complaints, doing efforts to improve the quality of our products and promote six sigma method improvement. In this thesis, using six sigma improvement model,company A do research and quality improvement base on six sigma method for link track defects. At first, this thesis puts forward the research background and significance.Through learning six sigma cases from domestic and abroad, author understand the quality management theory and master the six sigma, as a foundation for the study. Secondly, this thesis introduces company A, company profiles, machining process, the key of the research track link’s features, how bolt hole position affect the quality and discusses the feasibility of using six sigma improvement model analysis. Base on six sigma, follow the DMAIC steps. This article use the tools such as SIPOC chart, FMEA, process capability analysis, MSA, the DOE. Then, make it clear that which effective factor causes bolt hole location problem results to be unable to assemble the track shoe. Improve quality of key parameters of track link’s bolt hole, machining process, incoming material quality level, the standard work.Finally,reduce the assembly process’s downtime and eliminate unable assembling risk of process, improve efficiency and product quality. The improved data show that track link’s bolt hole position level of process capability index (CPK from 0.89 to 1.67 above), eliminate the problem of scrap, rework, PPM.Finally, the study of A company's product quality system and product quality culture study, put forward the preventive equipment maintenance management thinking. This study based on the theory of six sigma. In the using of different quality tools to analyze problems, team take corrective actions, fundamentally solve the quality problem of track link, six sigma methods and tools act as an important role in promoting. Improve the team management level and the ability of problem solving. For Company A, this thesis provide a way to improve long term quality, as well as provide the case for other chassis parts and components industry enterprises. | |
