中文摘要：	作为国内知名的男装品牌，海澜之家近年来营收增速放缓，净利润下滑。其庞大的库存规模受到了行业内外人士的广泛关注。本文根据海澜之家库存结构不合理、规模大、周转慢的特点以及海澜之家的存货管理目标，分析库存管理现状和其存在的问题，试图分析库存高企的原因，从而帮助海澜之家服装公司优化库存管理，降低企业库存规模。 本文回顾了海澜之家的库存和库存管理现状，基于国内外关于库存管理的研究，结合库存和库存管理的相关理论，从内部和外部两个角度寻找海澜之家的库存管理问题，外部视角主要是由于其商业模式的特殊性，使得海澜之家在采购过程中与供应商、在销售过程中与加盟商的合作模式导致了库存管理问题；内部视角主要从海澜之家在消化库存、库存入库等方面分析其库存管理存在的问题，在分析过程中与行业现状进行比较，进一步明确海澜之家在库存管理方面的不足。针对发现的库存管理问题，从采购、销售、仓储物流方面提出了具体的、有针对性的优化方案。 本文的研究结果表明，企业采购环节和供应商采用ODM采购模式，存货跌价准备计提不充分，销售的产品大部分来源于库存积压；在销售环节，海澜之家控股公司与加盟店采取委托代销模式，导致门店库存积累严重，其加盟模式容易造成订货过量，新的网络零售渠道发展缓慢，通过新渠道降低库存效果不佳；在内部仓储物流中，存在RFID技术应用不全面，使用ABC库存管理法分类不当的问题。针对企业存在的库存管理问题，继而提出具体的优化方案，为海澜之家解决瓶颈问题，帮助其未来发展提供一些思路。
英文摘要：	As a famous domestic menswear brand, HLA's revenue growth has slowed in recent years and its net income has been declining.The size of its inventory has received widespread attention in the industry.Based on the characteristics of large inventory type, large scale and slow turnover speed of HLA, this paper discusses the problems of inventory management and the reasons for the high inventory, with a view to helping HLA clothing companies optimize inventory management and reduce the inventory scale of enterprises. Based on the research status of inventory management at home and abroad, combined with the relevant theories of inventory and inventory management, this paper finds out the inventory management problems in HLA from both internal and external perspectives.The external perspective mainly comes from the particularity of its business model. The cooperation mode between HLA and suppliers in purchasing and sales of franchisees leads to inventory management problems from the perspective of the way inventory is digested and stored., in the process of analysis and industry status comparison to further clarify HLA in inventory management disadvantages.In view of the inventory management problems found, from the procurement link, the sales link and the warehousing logistics link put forward specific targeted optimization programs. The results of this paper show that the ODM procurement model is not sufficient for the inventory price reduction, and a large proportion of the products sold in that year come from the inventory backlog;In the sales link and franchisee to use consignment sales model leads to store inventory accumulation serious, its franchisee model easy to cause supply and demand imbalance, the development of new online retail channels slow;Internal warehousing logistics has problems such as incomplete application of RFID tag technology and improper inventory classification.In view of the existing inventory management problems of enterprises, the corresponding specific optimization scheme is put forward to solve the bottleneck problem for HLA and provide some ideas for its future development.
