中文摘要:我国经济在疫情的影响下面临了重重压力,GDP增速持续下降、全球出口及内需也均下降、国际进口的商品面临供应压力。全球的经济发展均受到挑战,经济复苏的压力持续增加,国内货币政策持续收紧,金融市场仍在探底,中长期挑战仍在继续。但我国经济走势依然向好,经济发展的结构依然稳固,应集中力量促发展,助力在经济下行中经营困难的广大中小型企业,努力实现高质量发展。而如何促进产业融合、产融结合,小微企业和大型企业共同协同成长,依托核心企业信用,不再仅仅依据中小企业自身做授信审查,解决中小微企业融资门槛难题,成为了需要现代企业思考与实践的重要问题。而票据在供应链金融大环境中起到了重要的调节作用,票据已然成为了实体企业重要的融资工具。 本文选取了一家原以票据中介业务为主要服务且具有一定代表性的R公司进行研究。票据行业是在特定经济环境下进而产生的行业,随着国家金融体系的完善与财政电子化的发展,打破了该行业在原有环境下的野蛮生长路径,使该类企业因为外部发展环境的变革而遭受经营困局。 通过梳理票据行业特点、发展进程、政策导向等,通过运用波特的竞争战略、竞争优势等理论与分析工具,分析该企业在面临行业发展与变革时遇到挑战与机遇,如何通过核心竞争力的梳理、价值链的调整来树立企业在竞争中的竞争优势,制定顺应时势的适合该企业的相关竞争战略,是本文重点谈论的问题。在对企业进行分析时,首先通过对承兑汇票在企业经营交易过程中的应用及面临的交易风险与弊端展开分析;通过PEST工具对R公司在宏观经济环境中所处的位置进行分析;通过五力模型对R公司在行业中的发展情况进行分析,结合企业自身内部的状况,分析出企业的优劣势与发展困境,依据波特三大通用竞争战略的定位比较,结合企业内外部的情况对其进行分析,得到了企业需采取差异化的竞争战略,再通过运用竞争优势理论、价值链模型来调整价值链活动,从而为取得企业竞争优势的发展路径进行研究,使企业获得发展。 
英文摘要:Under the influence of the epidemic, the economy is facing heavy pressure. GDP growth, global exports and domestic demand are declining sharply. Imported commodities are facing supply pressure. The global economic development has been challenged, and the pressure of economic recovery continues to increase. In addition, the domestic monetary policy continues to be tightened, and the financial market is still bottoming out, indicating medium/long-term challenges. While, our country's economic trends to be improving, and the structure of economic development is still stable. We should concentrate on promoting development, assisting the small/medium-sized enterprises that are struggling in predicament, and achieving high quality development. Promoting joint development of industries and small/micro/large enterprises, relying on core corporate credit, no longer count on small/medium-sized enterprises to realize credit review, solving the financing difficulty of small/medium-sized enterprises, have become an important issue needs to be thought about. Bills have played an important role in regulating the supply chain in financial environment, and have become an important financing tool for actual enterprises. This thesis selects R company that used bill intermediary business as its main service as an example to conduct the research. The bill industry is developed in a specific economic environment. With the improvement of the national financial system and the development of financial electronization, the barbaric growth path of the industry in the original environment has been broken, and the enterprises are suffering from operational difficulties due to the change of the external development environment. By sorting out the characteristics, development process, policy orientation of the bill industry, this thesis analyzes the challenges and opportunities that the enterprise encounters in the face of industry development and reform, by using Porter's competitive strategy, competitive advantage and other theories and analysis tools. How to establish the competitive advantage of the enterprise in the competition, by adjusting the value chain, arranging the competitiveness and making competitive strategies that suitable for the enterprises are mainly discussed in the thesis. When analyzing the enterprise, the application of acceptance bills in the business transaction process of the enterprise and the transaction risks and drawbacks it faces are analyzed firstly. Then, combined with the internal situation of the enterprise, with the help of analyzation of the position of R company in the macroeconomic environment through the PEST tool; and the development of R company in the industry through five force model, the advantages and development dilemmas of the enterprise are analyzed. Based on the positioning comparison of Porter's three general competitive strategies, and combined with the internal/external conditions of the enterprise, the differentiated competitive strategy that enterprise needs to adopt is obtained. Finally, with the employment of the value chain model and the competitive advantage theory, development path for obtaining the enterprise's competitive advantage could be obtained.
