中文摘要：	? ? ?建筑设计是建设工程全寿命周期中实施阶段中的一个重要环节。近年来，随着国家通过土地、购房政策、税收等方面采取一系列措施，对房地产行业进行宏观调控，抑制房价上涨。调控政策也推进了建设工程项目从粗放发展转向精细化发展。加上我国建设工程项目相关的制度逐步提升健全，我国建筑设计领域也在不断改革提升。建筑设计终身负责制、图审制度改革等对建筑设计成果的质量提出了更高的要求，其中的建筑专业衔接决策阶段与实施阶段，从方案设计到施工图设计落实建设方各项构想，承担着重要的作用，建筑设计质量的管理工作需要进一步增强。 ? ? ? 随着国家各项政策的调整，居住建筑类设计的需求减少，公共建筑的设计工作将成为大部分设计公司的主要任务。博物馆建筑是公共建筑中非常复杂的一类，是记载和展示多元文化的建筑空间，也是承载着各类自然和文化遗产的建筑场所，是重要的精神地标。建筑设计是决定项目建设目标能否实现，控制建设成本造价等的重要环节。对于在考古遗址上建设的以建筑为保护措施的博物馆，其建筑设计面临着更为复杂苛刻的设计条件，牵涉到规划、文保、消防、建设方等各个部门，不确定因素众多，建筑设计质量管理工作更加重要。 ? ? ? 本文通过对遗址博物馆成功的项目建筑设计案例的质量管理进行研究，通过问卷法结合质量管理理论及相关设计从业人员在遗址博物馆项目中的工作实践，筛选遗址博物馆建筑设计阶段影响设计质量的因子进行平均权重分析，通过因子分析法，研究X遗址博物馆建筑设计阶段质量影响的主因子。在“X遗址博物馆项目”的设计工作实践过程中，采用层次分析法（AHP）与模糊综合评价法，建立X遗址博物馆建筑设计阶段，设计质量评价体系及设计质量影响因子的应对措施。进行建筑设计质量管理的研究。图13幅，表37个，参考文献58篇。 关键词：遗址博物馆；建筑设计管理；质量管理；质量影响因素识别
英文摘要：	? ? Architectural design take?important role?in the enforcement stage of buildings' whole life cycle. Over?recent years, our government?suppressed real estate and house prices?by?taking?macro-control in?land, housing purchase policies, taxation?ways. The policy has also promoted the transformation of construction projects from extensive development to fine development. Meanwhile,the system of construction projects?and architectural design?has been?improved?gradually in China. The lifelong responsibility system of architects and the reform of drawing review system put forward higher requirements for the quality of?design. Architecture?connect the decision-making stage and the implementation stage,implementing the ideas of the construction party from scheme design to construction drawing design. The management of architectural design quality needs to be further strengthened. ? ? With the adjustment of various?policies, residential building design?demands?may decrease, but?public building design?demands may increase?. Museum building is one?complex type of public buildings. It is not only an architectural space for recording and displaying multiculturalism, but also an architectural place carrying all kinds of natural and cultural heritage. It is an important spiritual landmark. Architectural design is an important link to determine whether the project construction objectives?and the cost control?can be achieved. The?museum, built on archaeological sites?as protection measures, is?facing more complex and harsh design conditions.There are many uncertain factors, and the quality management of architectural design is more important?in this condition. ? ? The paper analyzes?the successful museum?projects’quality management, combines?the quality management theory with?the practice of relevant design practitioners in the museum project, identifies and lists the factors affecting the quality in the architectural design stage through the questionnaire method.?In the design practice process of "X Site Museum Project", the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to establish the architectural design stage of X Site Museum, the design quality evaluation system and the response measures for the design quality impact factors.
