中文摘要:随着互联网IT信息技术和大数据分析的广泛应用,民用航空的运营管理走向全球化和集中化,航空公司要实现低成本、高效率,需要利用信息化和资源有效配置来适应行业内外竞争。在民航财务管理领域,财务共享中心是一项财务管理模式创新,企业能够借助共享中心的建设实现规模效益,为企业战略发展与经营管理带来更高效的财务支持,为中国航空业发展带来更具有价值的财务管控与服务。 我国民用航空运输行业市场集中度较高,竞争激烈,其国际化、跨区域经营的特征给企业财务的集中化管控增加了难度。本文案例企业A航空公司是一家大型民用航空公司,为了在激烈的市场竞争中始终保持优势,在2018年正式将财务共享中心平台投入使用,力图通过财务共享管理,帮助企业规范财务工作流程,加强财务集中控制力度,助力企业降本增效,推动财务工作创新转型。 本文在文献研究的基础上,通过对A航空公司财务共享中心的运行现状和运行效果进行分析,阐明了其在财务战略、流程管理、数据整合、风险管控四个方面仍存在问题。立足于目前已显现的缺陷,结合导致问题出现的原因,针对性地对A航空公司财务共享中心的运营管理提出了具体的优化建议,并对优化方案的顺利落地实施提出了合理化建议。本文的研究目的在于解决A航空公司财务共享中心运行中的痛点,以期实现在互联网+、云计算、大数据、财务机器人等新技术突飞猛进发展的背景下,及时实现财务管理的转型升级,更好的助力企业发展,同时也为其他正在筹备和优化财务共享中心的企业提供了新的思路。  
英文摘要: With the popularization of network IT technology and big data, the operation and management of airlines tend to be internationalized and centralized. To achieve low cost and high efficiency, airlines must cope with the competition inside and outside the industry through information technology and efficient allocation of resources. In the field of civil aviation finance, financial sharing center is an innovation of financial management mode. Enterprises can achieve economies of scale through the establishment of sharing center, provide more efficient financial support for enterprise strategy and operation, and provide more valuable financial control and services for the development of aviation industry. The market concentration of Chinese civil air transportation industry is high and the competition is fierce. The characteristics of its internationalization and cross-regional operation increase the difficulty of enterprise financial centralization and control. Airlines is A case in this paper, A large civil aviation company, in order to keep advantages in the fierce market competition, in 2018 formally put into use at the center of the financial Shared platform, through financial Shared management, help enterprises to standardize financial work process, strengthen financial centralized control, power enterprise authors efficiency, promote financial innovation transformation. On the basis of literature research, this paper analyzes the operation status and effect of the financial sharing center of Airline A, and clarifies the problems still existing in the four aspects of financial strategy, process management, data integration and risk control. Based on the existing defects, combined with the causes of the problems, specific optimization suggestions are put forward for the financial sharing center of Airline A, and reasonable suggestions are put forward for the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme. The research purpose of this paper is to solve the pain points in the operation of the financial sharing center of Airline A, in order to realize the transformation and upgrading of financial management in A timely manner under the background of the rapid development of new technologies such as Internet +, cloud computing, big data and financial robots, and better facilitate the development of enterprises. At the same time, it also provides a new idea for other enterprises that are preparing and optimizing the financial sharing center.
