中文摘要:在当前国内外经济环境变化的大背景下,互联网信息技术的迭代更新,“双碳”国家目标和政策趋势下的传统能源行业向新能源发展转型已定局,传统能源行业的制造型企业普遍面临着新经济、行业形态下的企业战略转型。企业在战略转型的过程中并非都是一帆风顺的,组织结构作为企业实现战略目标的管理框架,如何通过优化企业的组织结构,使其适应不断发展变化的内外部环境以保证战略目标的顺利达成,这成为了企业战略转型过程中不可或缺的关键因素之一。 为了实现企业的战略目标,我们应探究组织结构优化相关理论、探究组织结构优化在企业管理和价值创造中的重要作用、根据战略和运营目标分析企业各影响因素并不断对组织结构进行优化和调整,方能使得企业更好地应对各种挑战。尤其在组织结构不足以支持企业战略目标时,组织优化更为迫切。G公司就是一个典型的实例。作为一家石油行业下游产业的工业设备制造型企业,该公司正面临着战略转型过程中调整原有战略,而现有组织结构与战略目标不匹配的问题。G公司亟需优化组织结构、改善组织效能,为实现公司的战略目标提供必要基础、支撑和保证。 本论文从组织结构的理论出发,系统阐述了组织结构的概念和组织理论演变。并以G公司为例,结合公司的内部环境以及所处的行业现状和发展趋势,针对组织结构现状进行了逐一分析,揭示了存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,运用文献分析法、访谈分析法、案例研究法等研究方法,提出了一套以组织管理理念贯穿多个层面的组织结构优化对策,并依据组织理论制定了组织优化的具体方案。 本论文研究成果对相关企业和行业,特别是面临或经历战略转型的传统能源行业的制造型企业,具有一定的应用参考价值。 
英文摘要:Under the background of the current changes in the domestic and foreign economic environment, the iterative updating of Internet information technology, the transformation of the traditional energy industry to new energy development under the national goal and policy trend of " carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" has been implementation, and the manufacturing enterprises in the traditional energy industry are generally facing the enterprise strategic transformation under the new economy and industry form. Enterprises in the process of strategic transformation are not all smooth, the organizational structure as an enterprise to realize the strategic goal of management framework, how to optimize enterprise organizational structure, make it adapt to the development and changes of internal and external environment in order to guarantee the smooth strategic goals to achieve, this became the indispensable one of the key factors in the process of enterprise strategic transformation. In order to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise, we should explore organization structure optimization theory, to explore the organizational structure optimization plays an important part in enterprise management and value creation, according to the analysis of various influencing factors of corporate strategy and operation objectives and constantly optimize the organizational structure and adjustment, can make the enterprise to better cope with various challenges. Especially when the organizational structure is not enough to support the strategic goals of enterprises, organizational optimization is more urgent. G Company is a typical example. As an industrial equipment manufacturing enterprise in the downstream industry of the petroleum industry, G Company is facing the problem of mismatch between the existing organizational structure and strategic objectives in the process of strategic transformation. It is urgent to optimize the organizational structure and improve organizational efficiency to provide the necessary foundation, support and guarantee for the realization of G Company's strategic goals. Based on the theory of organizational structure, this research systematically expounds the concept of organizational structure and the evolution of organizational theory. Taking G Company as an example, combined with the internal environment of the company and the current situation and development trend of the industry, the current situation of the organizational structure is analyzed one by one, and the main existing problems are revealed. In view of these problems, using literature analysis method, interview analysis method, case study method and other research methods, this paper puts forward a set of organizational structure optimization countermeasures with organizational management concept running through multiple levels, and makes a specific implementation plan of organizational optimization according to organizational theory. The research results may provide certain application reference value for related enterprises and industries, especially for manufacturing enterprises in the traditional energy industry that are facing or experiencing strategic transformation.
