| 中文摘要： | 在我国大力推行万众创新的背景下，作为推动科技创新进步的中坚力量，高新技术企业的发展前景备受关注。高新技术企业因其风险程度高、研发周期长、无形资产占比高，面临着融资难题。融资难阻碍了其研发的投入和规模的扩张，进而限制了企业市场竞争能力的提升。为此，高新技术企业的融资问题是一个值得研究的课题，该问题也成为学术界普遍关注的焦点。 本文介绍的ZX科技企业是一家二手汽车流通平台公司，作为一家高新技术企业，其核心价值在于促进二手车的交易、流通及便利二手汽车大数据的抓取。现今互联网技术的迅猛发展和企业数字化运营的变革，带动了二手汽车平台企业发展的浪潮。二手车行业在汽车保有量逐年增加、大众消费观逐渐改变、以及相关二手车法律法规日趋完善的背景下，行业发展前景良好。但随着ZX科技企业规模的扩张，公司的融资问题日益突显，资金无法满足日常经营需要，融资难成为ZX科技企业成长过程中的主要阻碍。 经过对大量文献的研究，本文在借鉴融资相关理论的基础上，主要采用案例分析法，结合ZX科技企业的基本情况，从融资需求、融资渠道两个方面阐述了企业当前的融资现状，指出其现阶段存在融资渠道狭窄、融资能力受无形资产质量不佳的制约、融资周期长及缺乏融资战略规划的问题，建议企业从拓展融资渠道、探索知识产权质押融资、提高融资运作水平及建立融资战略规划四个方面入手来解决融资问题，从而实现企业的可持续发展。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Under the background of promoting mass innovation, as the backbone of promoting scientific and technological innovation progress, the development prospect of high-tech enterprises has attracted much attention. High-tech enterprises now are facing with financing difficulties due to its high degree of risk, long-cycle R&D, and high proportion of intangible assets. The difficulty of financing hinders the expansion of R&D investment and scale, and further restricts the improvement of the enterprise's market competitiveness. Therefore, the financing problem of high-tech enterprises is a topic worthy of study, which has also become the focus of academic circles. The ZX company introduced in this paper is a second-hand automobile circulation platform company, a high-tech enterprise whose core value lies in promoting the transaction and circulation of second-hand automobiles and facilitating the capture of second-hand automobile big data. Nowadays, the rapid development of Internet technology and the transformation of enterprise digital operation drive the development of second-hand automobile platform enterprises. The second-hand car industry has a good development prospect under the background that the number of cars is increasing year by year, the public consumption concept is gradually changing, and the relevant second-hand car laws and regulations are becoming more and more perfect. However, with the expansion of the scale of ZX company, the company's financing problems become increasingly prominent, and the funds cannot meet the daily operation needs. Financing difficulties have become a major obstacle in the growth process of ZX company. On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures, this paper comprehensively applies related financing theories to analysis the financing problems of ZX company on the current stage by case analysis method. Combining with its basic situation, this paper analyzes the current financing status of enterprises from the aspects of financing demand and financing channels, and then points out that there are some financing problems existed at this stage such as single financing channel, poor financing ability restricted by poor quality of intangible assets, long financing cycle and lack of financing strategic planning. It is recommended that the company expands financing channels, explore intellectual property pledge financing, improve corporate governance and establish financing management systems to solve financing problems, so as to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. | |
