中文摘要：	以钢铁产业为代表的大宗商品流通行业是典型的资金密集型行业，上游的钢厂（如宝武、鞍本等）与终端的用钢企业（如一汽、海尔等）往往都会占压中间环节的资金，因此垫付资金的压力实质上全部压在了流通企业肩上。钢铁流通领域的特殊性决定了供应链金融服务难以依靠新进入的初创企业，只能寄希望于传统大型钢铁流通企业的转型升级。然而，供应链金融服务相较于这些大企业原有的托盘业务而言是一种破坏性创新，因此很难从获得足够的资源以支撑其发展。这是钢铁流通领域供应链金融蓬勃发展所必须解决的问题，具有很强的现实意义。 党中央、国务院一直高度关注中小微企业融资难、融资贵问题以及供应链金融的发展。本文基于一手信息描述了钢铁流通领域供应链金融的整体情况，并以钢铁行业供应链金融服务机构，RTC电商公司为例，运用破坏性创新、供应链金融、贸易财务工程等理论，详细剖析其业务模式，从破坏性创新视角对RTC电商公司的供应链金融服务做了深入的分析，论述了供应链金融服务的破坏性创新属性，指明其所面临的实际问题，并以可操作性为原则提出了改进策略。 本文首次指出了供应链金融服务相较于传统托盘业务的破坏性创新属性，阐明了供应链金融服务在大型钢铁流通企业内部落地面临的阻力，并给出了切实可行的解决办法，希望能够对RTC电商公司以及钢铁流通行业的供应链金融服务的发展起到一定的作用。图9幅，表0个，参考文献15篇。 关键词：供应链金融;破坏性创新;大宗商品贸易
英文摘要：	The Party Central Committee and the State Council have always paid close attention to the difficulty and high cost of financing for small enterprises and the development of supply chain finance. The bulk commodity circulation industry, which is represented by the steel industry, is a typical capital-intensive industry. Because the upstream steel mills (such as China Baowu Steel Group Corporation, Angang Steel Company Limited, etc.) and end-use steel companies (such as FAW, Haier, etc.) often command a self-favorable settlement policy, the pressure to advance funds is essentially all on the shoulders of the circulation enterprises. The particularity of the steel circulation field determines that it is difficult for supply chain financial services to rely on newly entered start-ups, and can only hope for the transformation and upgrading of traditional large-scale steel circulation enterprises. However, compared with the original business of these large enterprises, the supply chain financial service is a disruptive innovation. So, it is difficult to get sufficient resources to support its development. This is a problem that must be solved for the vigorous development of supply chain finance in the field of steel circulation, and has strong practical significance. Based on first-hand information, this thesis describes the overall situation of supply chain finance in the field of steel circulation, and takes the supply chain financial service institutions of the steel industry and RTC E-commerce Companies as a example, using the theories of disruptive innovation, supply chain finance, trade finance engineering, etc., to analyze the business model. Beyond that, this thesis made an in-depth analysis of the supply chain financial services of RTC e-commerce companies from the perspective of disruptive innovation, discussed the disruptive innovation attributes of supply chain financial services, pointed out the practical problems they faced, and analyzed the operability of the supply chain financial services. Improvement strategies are proposed for the principles. This thesis points out the destructive innovation attributes of supply chain financial services compared with traditional pallet business for the first time, clarifies the resistance faced by supply chain financial services in the implementation of large steel distribution enterprises, and gives practical solutions. The development of RTC e-commerce companies and supply chain financial services in the steel circulation industry has played a certain role.
