中文摘要:摘要 H公司是全球领先的信息通信技术(ICT)基础设施和智能设备提供商,其中国政企业务近十余年来持续发展,一直坚持“被集成”战略,以生态力量共同面对客户的多样化需求。特别是近几年来,千行百业的数字化转型大潮风起云涌,伴随传统商业模式从产品向生态转变,以往的伙伴关系管理也在向生态共创协作转变。H公司与合作伙伴明确合作边界,坚持有所为,有所不为。有所为是聚焦主航道,聚焦在复杂的软硬件平台和算法平台,有所不为是坚持被集成。为了更好的应对复杂的国际环境,为了更好的服务于客户,为了更好的生存并创造社会价值,H公司中国政企业务部从以往聚焦主流行业及价值客户,转向海量客户的商业市场,通过赋能伙伴,实现共建商业市场生态体系,共创行业新价值。 本文选择H公司中国政企商业市场作为研究对象,通过大量文献的阅读,并选取公开信息材料和相关案例,辅以访谈、问卷等多种调查方式,希望能够从经典理论中找到很多有价值的理论依据和方法并应用于实践。通过回顾H公司及中国政企业务部的发展背景,梳理其生态体系的演进历程、现状及未来趋势,剖析其转型动因,并结合相关理论工具分析其在转型过程中出现的问题,旨在通过合作伙伴共建生态体系推动中国政企商业市场的发展。通过研究商业市场的转型目标、组织架构、运作管理等转型设计,结合区域运作实践及效果分析,从而更好地了解其商业逻辑,包括商业模式、商业策略、商业举措等内容,并提出后续的探索建议。 通过本文的研究,进一步总结生态发展方法论,探索商业市场转型及发展的方法,为H公司的生存及发展找到可持续发展的方向,也为合作伙伴提供了一条促进能力提升的有效路径,为处在数字化转型过程中面临类似问题的企业提供一定的借鉴与参考。  
英文摘要:Abstract Company H is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. China Government & Enterprise business of Company H has been developing continuously for more than a decade. It has always adhered to the "being integrated" strategy and jointly faced customers' diverse requirements with ecosystem forces. Especially in recent years, the tide of digital transformation in a wide variety of industries has been surging. With the transformation of traditional business models from product to ecosystem, previous partnership management is also shifting to ecosystem co-creation and collaboration. Company H clearly defines the boundaries of cooperation with its partners and insists on doing something while not doing something. To do something is to focus on the main business, focus on complex hardware and software platforms and algorithm platforms. To do something else is to insist on being integrated. To better cope with the complex international environment, better serve customers, and better survive and create social value, China Government & Enterprise Business Group of Company H have shifted from focusing on mainstream industries and valued customers to a commercial market with a large number of customers. Through enabling partners, to jointly build a commercial market ecosystem and create new industry values. This thesis selects the China Government & Enterprise commercial market of Company H as the research object. Through reading a large number of documents, selecting public information materials and relevant cases, supplemented by interviews, questionnaires and other survey methods, hope to find many valuable theoretical bases and methods from classical theories and apply them to practice. By reviewing the development background of Company H and the China Government & Enterprise Business Group, sorting the evolution process, current situation and future trends of ecosystem, analyzing the transformation motivation, combining with relevant theoretical tools to analyze the problems in the process of transformation, the aim is to promote the development of China Government & Enterprise commercial market through partnerships to build an ecosystem. Based on the transformation design of the commercial market, such as transformation target, organizational structure, and operation management, and regional operation practices and effect analysis, we can better understand the business logic, including business models, business strategies, and business initiatives, and provide suggestions for future exploration. Through the research of this thesis, we further summarize the methodology of ecosystem development, explore methods of commercial market transformation and development, find a tainable development direction for the survival and development of company H, and provide an effective path for partners to promote capability improvement. It provides reference for enterprises facing similar problems in the process of digital transformation.
