中文摘要：	信托凭借其广泛的经营范围，灵活的经营手段和独特的制度优势，成为我国金融市场的重要组成部分，在资产管理行业发挥着独特的作用。2007年，新修订的《信托公司管理办法》与《信托公司集合资金信托计划管理办法》颁布实施后，中国信托业进入高速发展期。2018年，随着《关于规范金融机构资产管理业务的指导意见》出台，信托监管不断加码，信托行业在2018年开始出现负增长，进入转型发展期。在行业面临转型发展的阶段，信托公司有必要对所经营的信托业务进行全面调整优化。 本文梳理了信托与信托公司、信托业务分类、信托监管与转型的相关概念，并整理了信托业和信托业务优化相关的国内外文献，对国内外研究现状进行回顾，为本文的研究建立基础框架。本文选取T信托公司作为案例公司进行研究，首先对信托行业发展现状进行全面展示，对案例公司做详细介绍，并以业务数据和财务数据作为支撑，通过与行业内代表性公司进行对比，发现自身的优势与不足；其次从信托业务发展的角度出发，找出T信托公司现存的六大问题，并从内部机制、能力建设、外部制度的六个维度深入分析产生问题的底层原因；最后对案例公司存在的信托业务发展问题指出三方面的优化路径，有针对性的提出六条信托业务优化对策，并给出配套措施使优化方案得到有效落实。 本文的研究结论和建议：第一，案例公司缺乏特色优势业务，可寻求股东支持，做精传统融资业务；第二，案例公司信托业务结构失衡，可通过做大标品固收业务，打开业务发展空间；第三，案例公司信托业务盈利水平较低，可通过转型股权投资业务，提升信托报酬率；第四，案例公司发展可持续性不足，可将旧有通道业务升级为新型服务信托业务；第五，案例公司募集资金来源单一，可通过全国化布局和发展代销渠道来丰富资金端体系；第六，案例公司应充实财务资本实力，提升行业竞争力。各项优化对策可使T信托公司信托业务得到有效优化，也希望能为行业内公司提供一定的借鉴和帮助。
英文摘要：	By virtue of its extensive management scope, flexible management means and unique institutional advantages, trust becomes an important part of our financial market and plays a unique role in the asset management industry. After the promulgation and implementation of the newly revised Measures on the Administration of Trust Companies and the Measures on the Administration of Trust Companies' Pooled Funds and Trust Plans in March 2007, China's trust industry entered a period of rapid development. In April 2018, with the issuance of the "Guiding Opinions on Regulating the Asset Management Business of Financial Institutions", the supervision of trust continued to increase, and the trust industry began to show negative growth in 2018, entering a period of transformation and development. In the stage of transformation and development of the industry, it is necessary for trust companies to comprehensively adjust and optimize their trust business. This thesis sorts out concepts related to trust and trust companies, trust business classification, trust supervision and transformation, and sorts out domestic and foreign literatures related to trust industry and trust business optimization, reviews the research status at home and abroad, and establishes a basic framework for this research. The thesis selects T Trust Company as a case company for research. Firstly, the development status of the trust industry is comprehensively displayed, and the case company is introduced in detail. Based on business data and financial data, the thesis finds out its own advantages and disadvantages by comparing with representative companies in the industry. Secondly, from the perspective of trust business development, the thesis finds out the six existing problems of T Trust Company, and analyzes the underlying causes of the problems from the six dimensions of internal mechanism, capacity building and external system. Finally, it points out three optimization paths for the trust business development problems of the case company, puts forward six targeted optimization countermeasures for trust business, and gives supporting measures to effectively implement the optimization plan. The research conclusions and suggestions of this thesis are as follows: First, the case company lacks distinctive and advantageous business, so it can seek support from shareholders to refine the traditional financing business. Second, the trust business structure of the case company is unbalanced, and the business development space can be opened by expanding the standard fixed collection business. Third, the profit level of the trust business of the case company is low, and the return rate of the trust can be improved by transforming the equity investment business. Fourth, the case company's development is not sustainable enough, and the old channel business can be upgraded to the new service trust business. Fifth, the case company raises funds from a single source, which can enrich the capital end system through national distribution and development of commission channels. Sixth, the case company should enrich the financial capital strength, enhance the competitiveness of the industry. All optimization measures can effectively optimize the trust business of T Trust Company, and also hope to provide certain reference and help for companies in the industry.
