| 中文摘要: | 飞机租赁是服务航空产业链资产和资金融通的主要中介,在航空制造业、航空运输业与金融业之间起到桥梁纽带作用。一方面,飞机租赁公司以银行、发债等渠道获取大量资金,并以相对较低的成本资金购置飞机;另一方面,飞机租赁公司利用融资租赁或经营租赁两种形式,为航空公司提供飞机以及维修、拆解、客运转货运等相关服务。国家对飞机租赁业高度重视,早在2013年,国务院办公厅就专门印发了《关于加快飞机租赁业发展的意见》,为飞机租赁业提供完善配套政策支持,大力发展飞机租赁全产业。 随着飞机租赁行业的不断发展,其发展模式将由增量发展向存量发展转变,国内众多航空租赁公司的战略目标也将由过去追求规模的量变,转而走向了寻求高效能、高质量、高回报的发展道路。如何避免业务模式过于同质化,延伸产业链条,提升资源运营和管理能力,已成为飞机租赁公司面临的重大课题。 本文选取A飞机租赁公司作为研究对象,运用战略管理理论,结合现阶段研究成果,视实际情况采用文献分析、个案研究、定性分析的分析方法,应用PEST和波特五力模型,对A飞机租赁公司现阶段所面临的宏观环境、行业环境等进行全面的分析,并结合A飞机租赁公司内部资源、内部能力,通过构建SWOT矩阵模型得出适应于A飞机租赁公司发展战略的最优战略。基于以上分析,明确公司的战略定位以及战略目标,提出了“纵向一体化战略”及“差异化战略”两种战略选择,并分别从业务发展、人力资源、风险管理三个方面,提出了细化的具体措施,全力保障战略顺利实施。 同时,A飞机租赁为国内为数不多的专注于飞机领域的租赁公司,因此亦希望本文的研究成果能够为其他飞机租赁公司选取发展战略提供一定的经验借鉴和实践参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Aircraft leasing is the main intermediary that serves the assets and financing of the aviation industry chain, and plays a role as a bridge between the aviation manufacturing industry, the air transport industry and the financial industry. On the one hand, aircraft leasing companies obtain large amounts of funds through banks, bonds and other channels, and purchase aircraft at relatively low cost; On the other hand, aircraft leasing companies use financial leasing or operating leasing to provide airlines with aircraft, maintenance, disassembly, passenger transport to freight and other related services. The state attaches great importance to the aircraft leasing industry. As early as 2013, the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Aircraft Leasing Industry to provide complete supporting policy support for the aircraft leasing industry and vigorously develop the entire aircraft leasing industry. With the continuous development of the aircraft leasing industry, its development mode will change from incremental development to stock development. The strategic objectives of many domestic aviation leasing companies will also change from the past pursuit of quantitative changes in scale to the development path of seeking high efficiency, high quality and high returns. How to avoid the homogenization of the business model, extend the industrial chain, and improve the resource operation and management capabilities has become a major issue for aircraft leasing companies. This paper selects A aircraft leasing company as the research object, uses the strategic management theory, combines the research results at this stage, adopts the analysis methods of literature analysis, case study and qualitative analysis depending on the actual situation, and applies PEST and Porter's five forces model to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the macro environment and industry environment that A aircraft leasing company is facing at this stage, and combines the internal resources and capabilities of A aircraft leasing company, Through the construction of SWOT matrix model, the optimal strategy suitable for the development strategy of A aircraft leasing company is obtained. Based on the above analysis, the company's strategic positioning and strategic objectives were clarified, and two strategic options were proposed, namely, "vertical integration strategy" and "differentiation strategy". Detailed specific measures were proposed from three aspects of business development, human resources, and risk management to fully ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy. At the same time, A aircraft leasing is one of the few domestic leasing companies that focus on the aircraft field, so it is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide some experience and practical reference for other aircraft leasing companies to select development strategies. | |
