| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 随着国内经济增速放缓,经济结构发生了调整,行业投资热点转移,公路行业市场竞争日趋激烈。公路这种交通运输方式,因其覆盖范围之广、使用之普遍、服务人口之多,已成为国内最为基础且广泛的交通运输方式。公路作为交通运输网络中的主要支撑,衔接了其他各种运输方式,在综合交通运输体系中具有不可替代的作用。公路行业属于民生保障行业,建国初期被大多数国有企业垄断。随着改革开放的不断发展,我国公路行业市场化水平越来越高,行业内各领域分工越来越明确,各类型企业纷纷涌入,国有企业传统的商业模式难以应对市场上的激烈竞争,商业模式如何优化是企业亟待解决的问题。 本文以CS交通设计研究公司为研究对象,从公司及行业背景出发,首先对公司的外部环境进行分析,运用PEST模型对公司的宏观环境进行分析、运用五力模型对公司所处的行业进行行业竞争环境分析。然后运用商业模式画布模型,从商业的四个视角对公司商业模式的九个要素进行分析,找出公司发展过程中商业模式方面存在的问题,并对分析出来的问题进行优化。最后根据每一个要素的优化方案提出优化的具体措施。本文的研究一方面可以了解商业模式的基本概念、类型,学习使用相关理论模型进行分析研究,进而对商业模式进行优化;另一方面可以为同类公司的发展提供可行性参考建议,对企业经营者提供一定的理论指导和案例借鉴。 本文通过研究得出,CS交通设计研究公司的商业模式在价值主张、核心资源等一些要素上具有较大的优化空间。具体来讲,CS交通设计研究公司可以将价值主张树立为“以设计咨询为引领的世界一流基础设施全产业链综合服务商”,把握好科技创新结合高质量发展这一核心资源,发展好勘察设计、公路建设等关键业务,统筹分子公司、事业部等渠道通路,提升公司竞争力,助力公司未来高效高质量发展。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With the slowdown of domestic economic growth, the economic structure has been adjusted, the investment hotspot of the industry has shifted, and the market competition in the highway industry has become increasingly fierce. The transportation mode of highway, with its wide coverage, widespread use and large population service, has become the most basic and extensive transportation mode in China. As the main support in the transportation network, highway connects other transportation modes and plays an irreplaceable role in the comprehensive transportation system. The highway industry belongs to the livelihood protection industry, which was monopolized by most state-owned enterprises in the early years in China. With the continuous development of reform and opening up, the marketization level of highway industry in our country is more and more high. The division of labor in various fields within the industry is more and more clear. Various types of enterprises are fusing into each other. The traditional business model of state-owned enterprises is difficult to cope with the fierce competition in the market. How to optimize the business model is an urgent problem for enterprises to solve. This thesis takes CS Transportation Design and Research Company as the research object, starting from the company and the industry background. It firstly analyzes the external environment of the company, uses PEST model to analyze the macro environment of the company, and uses the Five Forces Model to analyze the industry competitive environment of the company's industry. Then, it analyzes nine elements of the company's business model from four business perspectives, finding out the problems existing in the business model of the company, and optimize the problems. Finally, it proposes the specific measures for each element according to the optimization. On the one hand, this research helps to understand the basic concepts and types of business models, learn to use relevant theoretical models for analysis and research, and then optimize the business model. On the other hand, it can provide feasible reference suggestions for the development of similar companies, and give certain theoretical guidance and case reference for business operators. Through research, it concludes that the business model of CS Transportation Design and Research Company has a large space for optimization in value proposition, core resources and other elements. Specifically, CS Traffic Design and Research Company can establish its value proposition as "A world-class comprehensive service provider of the whole industry chain of infrastructure led by design and consulting", grasp the core resource of scientific and technological innovation combined with high-quality development, develop key businesses such as survey and design and highway construction, coordinate channels such as subsidiary companies and business divisions, improve the competitiveness of the company, and help the company to develop more efficiently with high-quality in the future. | |
