| 中文摘要： | 摘要 汽车行业逐渐发展到软件定义汽车阶段，在工信部指导下，中国汽车工业协会策划并发起中国汽车基础软件生态委员会，联合20家创始会员单位，面向智能网联、自动驾驶等创新领域的新需求，共同分享实践创新，构建开放的标准化软件架构，接口规范和应用框架。致力于发展我国自主知识产权的汽车基础软件产业生态体系，促进我国汽车产业向智能化加速转型发展。VS公司作为委员会共同策划企业，深化组织能力建设，构建与公司战略相匹配的组织架构与运行体系，已成为当务之急，以期能够大幅度提升公司治理和运行效能，加快业务高速成长和盈利能力的提升，强化结果导向，持续激发组织活力和员工创造力。 本文以VS公司为研究对象，探索研究不同业务导向时期下的组织结构优化问题。本文介绍了研究的背景及意义，并对组织结构的相关理论进行了较为系统的回顾。在案例部分，介绍了VS公司组织结构发展的历史沿革及存在的问题，指出了这些组织问题对公司未来发展的影响，并对这些问题进行了系统分析。最后，结合VS公司具体实际情况，提出了一套组织结构优化方案以及对未来的展望。 通过本文研究，试图帮助VS公司在业务导向变更情况下调整相应的组织结构，加快企业战略转型。同时，也希望对同类情境下的公司组织结构优化问题提供借鉴。 关键词：组织结构；优化设计；组织能力；案例分析 | |
| 英文摘要： | Abstract Automotive industry development gradually to the software definition stage,under the guidance of the ministry, and launched the China association of automobile manufacturers planning based software ecological committee, China's auto joint 20 founding member units, intelligent snatched and automatic driving innovation in the field of new demand, share the practice innovation, build the standardization of open software architecture, interface specification and application framework. It is committed to developing the ecological system of automobile basic software industry of Chinese independent intellectual property rights, and promoting the accelerated transformation and development of Chinese automobile industry to intelligentization. VS company as commission jointly plan, deepen the organization capability construction, matching with the company strategy to build the organization structure and operation system, has become a top priority, in order to improve corporate governance and operating efficiency greatly and accelerate the fast development of the business and profitability has increased, result oriented, continue to inspire organizational vitality and creativity of employees. This paper takes VS company as the research object and explores the organizational structure optimization problem under different business orientation periods. In this paper, the background and significance of the research are introduced, and the relevant theories, methods and frameworks of organizational structure and related literature are systematically reviewed. In the case section, it shows the problems related to the organizational structure of VS company, and introduces the role that the current organizational structure has played in the process of organizational evolution. In the chapter of case analysis, the impact of these organizational problems on the future development of the company is analyzed. Finally, in the optimization scheme of organizational structure, the improvement of the company's business innovation and operation management before and after organizational optimization and adjustment, as well as the outlook for the future are put forward. The exploration and research of this paper can help VS companies adjust the corresponding organizational structure in the case of business orientation change, accelerate the business transformation of enterprises, and provide reference for organizational optimization problems in similar situations.
