| 中文摘要: | 1978年改革开放至今已过去40余年,我国航空货运从最初的飞机腹舱装货、货站仓库等基础设施建设落后的局面发展到了国内近200架全货机机队规模的水平。近年来,跨境电商行业的兴起和快速发展进一步拉动了市场对于航空货运的需求。到2019年,中国民航完成货邮运输量753.2万吨,位居世界第二位。2020年,突如其来的新冠病毒疫情席卷全球,致使航空货运整体产业链遭受重创。综上,无论是行业内的竞争,还是行业外的影响,航空货运企业生存和发展面临着巨大挑战。 本文以T货运航空公司为例,作为一家初始运行的航空公司,在成立初期经历集团整体破产重组,严重影响和制约了公司的正常发展。在介绍公司基本情况、经营现状和现存问题的基础上,借助理论知识及研究工具围绕公司内部因素、行业因素和环境因素对问题进行分析,深入挖掘问题背后的原因。通过分析得出,T货运航空公司的发展受到了各方面因素的制约,除了内部因素影响以外,外部因素比如疫情防控政策、周边城市虹吸效应、航油价格持续走高等等同样制约着公司的健康发展。随后,针对T货运航空公司内部优势和外部机遇进行研究,并结合上述问题的原因,以最大限度规避劣势和威胁,充分发挥资源优势为方向,借助外部机遇,制定出符合T货运航空公司在经营方面的改进策略及保障实施内容,为同类公司未来发展提供一些具有一定参考价值的信息。 | |
| 英文摘要: | It has been more than 40 years since the Reform and Opening Up in 1978. Our air cargo has developed from the initial backward situation of aircraft belly hold loading, cargo station warehouse and other infrastructure construction to the level of nearly 200 full cargo aircraft fleet size in China. In recent years, the rise and rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry has further boosted the market demand for air cargo. By 2019, CAAC had carried 7.532 million tons of cargo and mail, ranking the second in the world. In 2020, the sudden outbreak of the novel coronavirus swept the world, causing severe damage to the whole industry chain of air cargo. To sum up, whether it's competition within the industry, or influence outside the industry, the survival and development of air cargo enterprises are facing great challenges. This paper takes T Air Cargo as an example. As an initial operation company, it experienced the overall bankruptcy reorganization in the early stage of its establishment, which seriously affected and restricted the normal development of the company. On the basis of the introduction of the company's basic situation, operating status and existing problems, with the help of theoretical knowledge and research tools around the company's internal factors, industry factors and environmental factors to analyze the problems, this paper deeply analyses the reasons behind the problems. According to the analysis, the development of T Air Cargo is restricted by various factors. In addition to the internal factors, external factors such as the epidemic prevention and control policy, siphon effect of surrounding cities, continuous high jet fuel price and so on also restrict the healthy development of the company. Then, based on the research on the internal advantages and external opportunities of T Air Cargo, and combined with the causes of the above problems, avoiding the disadvantages and threats to the maximum extent, giving full play to the resource advantages as the direction and the help of external opportunities, this paper formulates the improvement strategy and guarantee implementation content in the operation of T Air Cargo and provides some information with certain reference value for the future development of similar companies. | |
