中文摘要:中国经济逐步进入一个由创新驱动的新时代,创新成为了市场主流。创新带来了前所未有的新机会,也带来了颠覆式的挑战。在激烈的市场竞争和复杂的市场环境下,企业要想在市场上生存和发展,就必须要不断地提高自身创新能力,加强产品研发,向市场推出更多创新产品。对企业而言,产品创新涉及多方面因素,具有高度的复杂性和综合性。传统的创新方法注重打破原有的结构,采用分散的思维方法来寻求创新,但其效果却不理想。同时,由于其在实际应用中的局限性,很难适应企业的持续创新和开发需要。 基于上述背景,本文结合知识管理视角的创新战略理论和TRIZ理论,通过战略分析工具针对TY科技有限公司产品创新的内外部影响因素进行梳理,并探究了该公司产品架构的整体情况,提出与之相匹配的渐进型创新战略,并制定科学合理的执行路径,以便提升该公司核心竞争力。本文内容包括以下几方面: 基于产品创新战略理论及各类战略分析工具,运用PEST宏观分析方法从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面对TY科技有限公司所在行业的宏观背景进行分析,利用波特五力模型工具对TY科技有限公司的外部环境进行探究,并结合EFE矩阵、IFE矩阵分析了企业内外部环境的各种因素,然后通过SWOT分析法对TY科技有限公司的优势劣势、机遇威胁深入探讨。初步分析知识管理视角创新战略的可行性,然后使用QSPM量化矩阵对几种产品创新战略进行横向对比分析,选择和该公司相匹配的创新战略。本研究的意义在于将知识管理视角的产品创新战略理论和创新问题解决理论进行结合,探索出适用于TY科技有限公司环境在线监测产品开发创新方式。此外,本研究探索出一条适合TY科技有限公司环境在线监测的产品创新战略,并提出针对性的实施路径和保障方法,对类似产品的开发具有重要的借鉴和参照价值,有利于促进环境监测类企业的产品创新和可持续发展,在实践层面上具有重要意义。 
英文摘要:China's economy has gradually entered a new era driven by innovation, and innovation has become the mainstream of the market. Innovation brings unprecedented new opportunities as well as disruptive challenges. In the fierce market competition and complex market environment, if enterprises want to survive and develop in the market, they must constantly improve their innovation ability, strengthen product research and development, and launch more innovative products to the market. For enterprises, product innovation involves many factors and is highly complex and comprehensive. Traditional innovation methods focus on breaking the original structure and adopting decentralized thinking methods to seek innovation, but the effect is not ideal. At the same time, due to its limitations in practical application, it is difficult to adapt to the needs of continuous innovation and development of enterprises. Based on the above background, this thesis combines the innovation strategy theory and TRIZ theory from the perspective of knowledge management, combs the internal and external influencing factors of the product innovation of TY Technology Co., Ltd. through strategic analysis tools, explores the overall situation of the company's product architecture, proposes a gradual strategy matching it, and develops a scientific and reasonable implementation path to enhance the company's core competitiveness. This article includes the following aspects: Based on the product innovation strategy theory and various strategic analysis tools, PEST macro analysis method is used to analyze the macro background of TY Technology Co., Ltd.'s industry from four aspects of politics, economy, society and technology. Poter's five forces model tool is used to explore the suppliers of TY Technology Co., Ltd., and various factors of the internal and external environment of the enterprise are analyzed in combination with EFE matrix and IFE matrix, Then, through SWOT analysis, the thesis discusses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of TY Technology Co., Ltd. Then the QSPM quantitative matrix is used to conduct a horizontal comparative analysis of several alternative strategies for product architecture innovation, and then select the innovation strategy that matches the company, aiming to promote the company's product innovation process and enhance the company's core competitiveness. The important significance of this research topic is to combine the product architecture and innovation theory of the form of environmental online monitoring products manufactured by the spectral technology applied in the field of environmental detection, and explore the innovative way of environmental online monitoring product development suitable for TY Technology Co., Ltd; In addition, this thesis studies and discusses an operable innovation management strategy, and proposes targeted implementation paths and guarantee methods, which has important reference value for the development of similar products, is conducive to promoting product innovation and sustainable development of the same type of enterprises, and is of great significance in practice.
