| 中文摘要: | 越来越多的企业开始展开人力资源管理战略转型,在HR组织转型中,人力资源三支柱模式得到普遍运用,其中人力资源共享服务中心发挥着重要的作用。它以集中化和标准化的方式,使得HR的事务执行更高效;信息技术和规模化运作,使得HR的行政工作成本更低;以客户为中心的服务,使服务质量得到提升。它的存在,使HR部门基础性、重复性工作得以整合,让HR专业人员更多地专注于战略性工作。OC公司人力资源共享服务中心已完成构建,该中心在OC公司发挥着重要地作用,但在运行中也遇到一些问题和挑战。因此,对HRSSC的问题进行针对性优化,对该中心和OC公司发展都大有裨益。 本文将OC公司人力资源共享服务中心作为研究对象,采用文献分析、案例分析等方法对其运行中存在的问题和优化进行研究。首先,本文对人力资源共享服务中心相关的文献和理论基础进行了综述;其次对OC公司及OC公司人力资源共享服务中心情况进行了介绍分析;然后,通过对工单分析、人员管理介绍、信息系统分析对共享服务中心运行中存在的问题进行了挖掘,发现了服务内容不明确、信息系统使用不充分、人员管理缺乏科学标准方式等诸多管理机制不健全等方面的问题;最后,本文通过以人力资源服务产品化、推动人力资源信息化建设、加强人才管理机制、加强组织治理等四个方面对问题提出了针对性优化建议。 本文对OC公司人力资源共享服务中心的优化研究可以帮助解决OC公司人力资源共享服务中心在运行过程中出现的问题及未来优化的方向。另外,本文也能为其他公司建立和优化HRSSC时提供一定的参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | More and more enterprises have begun to carry out the strategic transformation of human resources management. In the transformation of HR organizations, the three-pillar model of human resources has been widely used, and the shared service center of human resources plays an important role. It makes HR transaction execution more efficient in a centralized and standardized way; information technology and large-scale operation make HR administrative work cheaper; customer-centric services improve service quality. Its existence enables HR departments to integrate basic and repetitive work, allowing HR professionals to focus more on strategic work. OC Company's Human Resource Shared Service Center has been constructed. The center plays an important role in OC Company, but it also encounters some problems and challenges in its operation. Therefore, the targeted optimization of HRSSC's problems is of great benefit to the development of both the center and the OC company. This paper takes OC Company's Human Resource Shared Service Center as the research object, and uses methods such as literature analysis and case analysis to study the problems and optimizations in its operation. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related literature and theoretical basis of human resource shared service center; secondly, it introduces and analyzes the situation of OC company and OC company human resources shared service center; The system analysis digs out the problems existing in the operation of the shared service center, and finds out that the service content is not clear, the information system is not fully used, and the personnel management lacks scientific standards and methods. The four aspects of human resource service productization, promoting human resource informatization construction, strengthening talent management mechanism, and strengthening organizational governance have put forward targeted optimization suggestions for the problem. The optimization research of OC Company's Human Resource Shared Service Center in this paper can help to solve the problems and future optimization directions of OC Company's Human Resource Shared Service Center in the operation process. In addition, this article can also provide some reference for other companies to build and optimize HRSSC. | |
