中文摘要:当今世界,正值百年未有之大变局,新冠肺炎疫情全球肆虐影响,国内外发展环境已经发生深刻变化。目前,正值新一轮科技革命和产业变革蓬勃兴起,数字技术的飞速发展加速推动全球制造业重新分工和布局,成为重组要素市场、重塑经济结构、划分全球竞争势力范围的关键力量,因此,全球经济数字化转型是大势所趋,这更加促使我国要大力发展产业数字化、数字产业化,加快布局数字经济。 制造业是国家经济的骨架,是压舱石,是综合国力的集中体现。我国是制造业大国,增加值约占全球30%,连续12年位居世界首位,但依然大而不强。“十四五”时期,国家明确提出“产业数字化转型迈上新台阶,制造业向数字化深度转型,同时网络化、智能化并行加快发展”。面对“碳达峰”、“碳中和”指标的提出,制造业正经历一场深刻变革,数字技术将赋能制造业数字化转型。因此,对制造业企业的数字化转型研究有重要的现实意义。 本文先是通过梳理数字化相关的概念,然后分析制造业企业数字化转型等有关因素的内涵,为后文的制造业企业G公司进行数字化转型策略的背景、动因、路径选择、实施及保障措施的研究奠定了理论基础。以汽车零部件精加工企业G公司作为研究对象,通过对当前G公司数字化转型的描述和对其当前发展状况的介绍,梳理出G企业在数字化转型中存在的困境,提出相应的解决和实施保障措施,使生产流程和管理系统数字化,建立完整的大数据治理体系,在网络数据安全、数字化人才、资金和政策等方面做好保障,助力G公司数字化转型成功。最后对全文做了总结与展望启示。期望本研究对其它制造业企数字化转型发展提供指导和借鉴意义。  
英文摘要:The world today is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century. The COVID-19 pandemic is raging around the world, and the development environment at home and abroad has undergone profound changes. At present, as a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution booming, the rapid development of digital technology has accelerated the re-division and layout of the global manufacturing industry, and has become a key force in reorganizing the factor market, reshaping the economic structure, and dividing the sphere of influence in global competition. Therefore, digital transition of global economy is the general trend, which further urges China to vigorously develop industrial digitization and digital industrialization, and accelerate the layout of the digital economy. Manufacturing is the backbone of a country's economy, a ballast stone, and a concentrated expression of comprehensive national strength. Our country is a big manufacturing country, with an added value accounting for about 30% of the world, ranking number one in the world for 12 consecutive years, but it is still big while not strong. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the state clearly proposed that "the digital transformation of the industry has reached a new level, the manufacturing industry has undergone in-depth transformation to digitalization, and at the same time, the parallel and accelerated development of networking and intelligence". In the face of the "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral" indicators, the manufacturing industry is undergoing a profound transformation, and digital technology will empower the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry. Therefore, the research on the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises has important practical significance. This paper firstly sorts out the concept of digitalization,and analyzes the connotation of related factors such as digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises, and lays a theoretical foundation for the research on the background, motivation, path selection, implementation and safeguard measures of digital transformation strategies of manufacturing enterprise G company in the following. Taking auto parts finishing enterprise G company as the research object, through the description of the current digital transformation of G company and the introduction of its current development status, it sorts out the difficulties existing in the digital transformation of G company, and proposes corresponding solutions and implementation safeguard measures,digitize the production process and management system, establish a complete big data governance system, and ensure network data security, digital talents, funds and policies, etc., to help G Company succeed in its digital transformation. The full text is summarized and prospected. It is expected that this research will provide guidance and reference for the digital transformation development of other manufacturing enterprises.
