| 英文摘要: | With the gradual increase of the country's attention to the field of environmental protection, a series of policies and regulations for environmental protection have been proposed, and the domestic environmental protection market has ushered in a period of rapid development. Major construction companies in China regard environmental protection business as an important market opportunity for companies to open up new fields, and market competition is increasingly intensifying. H Company entered the environmental protection market early and has accumulated a lot of experience in related fields. As a leading enterprise in the industry, how to play a greater advantage in its competitive strategy, establish a more powerful industry competition barrier than its competitors, so as to maintain its own invincible place is the main content of this thesis. This thesis systematically analyzes the external environment of H Company, including general environment and industrial environment. The analysis of industrial environment includes the analysis of industrial competitive environment and industrial evolution. This thesis analyzes the basic status and problems of H Company's environmental protection business, which provides a basis for this study. This thesis uses Porter's competitive strategy theory to propose and analyze the choice of H Company's environmental protection business focused differentiation strategy, including the choice of concentration in the scope of competition and the choice of differentiation in the competitive advantage. The thesis analyzes the content of its focused differentiation strategic competitive advantage and its sufficient industrial competitive position. In order to build a lasting competitive advantage, based on the subdivision of the value chain, the thesis uses the differentiation driving factors to propose and discuss the systematic measures of H Company's environmental protection business focused differentiation strategy to build the value chain, and analyzes the consistency and difficulty in imitation of these systematic measures. In order to further reveal that the value chain constructed is difficult to imitate, this thesis uses the activity system theory of Porter's competition strategy to propose and analyze the activity system of H Company's environmental protection business focused differentiation strategy. As a case study of theoretical application, the thesis conducts an in-depth study on the market competition strategy of H Company through the above analysis, which provides a solid theoretical basis for H Company to expand and strengthen the market in the field of environmental protection, and also has important reference significance for other companies in the industry. | |
