中文摘要:随着新知识经济与信息化浪潮的席卷,越来越多的企业开启了应时代要求而转型的革新之路,新制度的设计与新产品的诞生要求跨部门间的交流合作更加频繁,随之组织边界也愈加模糊,传统的职能式组织架构的设计也不能适应企业发展的要求,出现了诸多组织内部合作不和谐的现象,例如企业中各部门以自我为中心,忽视组织利益、部门合作过程中的权责划分不清,相互推诿等,这些现象激化了各个部门间的矛盾,严重阻碍了组织运作的效率。 为了解决与改善公司跨部门合作的种种障碍,本文从管理沟通的视角对这类问题进行分析。有效的跨部门沟通能够为组织营造一个良好的工作环境,提高工作效率,达成企业目标,因此跨部门沟通的研究对组织效率的改善有重要的意义。 本文通过介绍国内外相关管理沟通的研究现状,了解管理沟通的发展历程,明确管理沟通相关概念与理论,找寻为本文提供理论基础的相关概念与理论,以JM公司为研究对象,结合管理学相关概念与理论,采用“问卷调查法”与“访谈法”,从组织、部门、个人三个维度的视角研究JM公司跨部门管理沟通障碍问题,通过总结JM公司跨部门沟通现状,分析并归纳导致JM公司部门间沟通障碍的主要原因,并针对性提出相应改善与解决建议,对部门间如何进行有效的沟通、优化资源配置,提出了建立规范性的跨部门沟通流程、营造跨部门的沟通文化、员工沟通技能提升培训和提高跨部门沟通的有效性等四个方面的提升策略。 让不同部门员工之间的沟通更加顺畅,进而提高JM公司团队工作效率,也希望在JM公司改进管理沟通的同时,能够为同行业企业带来一定借鉴意义与参考价值。 
英文摘要:With the wave of the new knowledge economy and informatization tide, an increasing number of enterprises has turned to the path to innovation as a timely respond to the new requirements of the times for transformation.With the design of new system and birth of new products, not only a new demand for a more frequent trans-department communication and cooperation is proposed, but a series of inharmonious cooperations inside organizations are caused as well, for which both the increasingly blurred organizational boundaries and an unsuccessful adaptation of the design of traditional functional organization structure to requirements for enterprise development are supposed to be responsible, for instance, the self-centered attitude of various departments in the enterprise has led to ignorance of organizational interests, unclear division of rights and responsibilities in the process of trans-department cooperations, and needless prevarication, all of which further intensifies the contradictions between departments and severely hinders the efficiency of organizational operation. In order to solve and improve various obstacles to the enterprise’s trans-department cooperations, an in-depth analysis to this kind of problems was conducted from the perspective of management communication, for it’s believed that an effective trans-department communication can create a good working environment for the organizations, improve work efficiency and help reaching corporate goals, and that research of trans-department communication is of great significance to improvement of organizational efficiency. Based on introduction to research status of management communication related fields both at home and abroad, the development history of management communication was comprehended, the management communication related concepts and theories were clarified, and relevant ideas and theories that serve as theoretical basis for this paper were explored. Taking JM company as the research object, obstacles existing in trans-department management communication of JM company were studied from three dimensions of organization, department and individuals using Questionnaire Survey and interview methods in combination with management science related concepts and theories. Through an overall summary of JM company’s trans-department management communication status, analysis and collections of major reasons to JM company’s trans-department communication obstacles, and targeted presentation of corresponding suggestions for improvement and settlement, strategies of four aspects were given in aim for a more effective trans-department communication and an optimized resources allocation, which encompass establishment of trans-department communication procedures, creation of trans-department communication culture, Staff communication skills improvement training and effectiveness improvement of trans-department communication.
