| 中文摘要: | 随着国家出台了一系列有关重点制造企业数字化转型的战略指示政策以及新四化技术的迅猛发展,各大汽车企业也在大力推进数字化转型,构建以数据驱动为核心的数字化信息服务管理平台,积累数据资产,驱动企业数字化全面升级。此外,随着全球疫情以及芯片类零部件供应紧缺使得主机厂生产运营状态极不稳定、新能源新巨头和互联网造车强势入局使得国内汽车之间的竞争逐渐呈现白热化趋势,这些因素都使得DZ主机厂生产运营管理进一步改进。工厂用户和整个企业生态、体系内部的全部互联以及对信息的智能化使用已成为汽车企业保持竞争力不可或缺的选项。 基于上述背景,本文以生产运营管理理论和汽车行业通用数字化转型方法为基础,将DZ汽车主机厂生产运营管理作为特定对象展开研究。首先分析了宏观形势、DZ汽车主机厂优劣势以及其数字化应用的现状,从人、机、料、法、环等维度的生产运营管理实际痛点问题设计问卷及访谈调研,从主机厂入口、生产过程中以及出口三个方面梳理并归纳出其背后的共性问题即生产运营管理中存在效率低下、信息不透明等问题,这些问题恰恰可以通过在主机厂已有的数字化基础之上进行改进来解决。本篇论文按照发现问题-分析问题-解决方案-实施保障的研究思路展开论述并且依次在入口端、生产过程和出口端三个方面提出了生产运营管理改进策略,通过数字化提升了DZ主机厂整体生产运营管理能力。本文明确从组织、评价和激励四个方面阐述了具体实施方案和保障措施。 本文对DZ汽车主机厂生产运营管理改进研究有助于企业在数字化转型背景下进一步提升生产运营管理水平,在复杂多变的竞争格局之下进一步提升企业竞争力。同时对行业内主机厂数字化转型也具有借鉴意义和参考价值,对推动我国现阶段制造领域高质量发展具有重要现实意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the introduction of a series of strategic directives and policies on the digital transformation of key manufacturing enterprises and the rapid development of the new four modernization technologies, major auto companies are also vigorously promoting digital transformation and building a data-driven digital information service management platform. Accumulate data assets to drive the comprehensive digital upgrade of enterprises. In addition, with the global epidemic and the shortage of chip parts supply, the production and operation status of OEMs is extremely unstable, and the strong entry of new energy giants and Internet car manufacturers makes the competition between domestic automobiles gradually show a white-hot trend. These factors make the production and operation of OEMs like DZ further improved. Factory users and the entire enterprise ecosystem, all interconnections within the system, and intelligent use of information have become indispensable options for automotive companies to remain competitive. Based on the above background, based on the theory of production and operation and Huawei's digital transformation theory, this thesis studies the production and operation of DZ car plant as a specific object. Firstly, it analyzes the macro situation, the advantages and disadvantages of DZ car plant, and the status quo of its digital applications. From the perspectives of human, machine, material, method, environment and other dimensions of production and operation, the actual pain points of production and operation are designed to questionnaires and interviews. From the entrance of the OEM, the production process like this three aspects of China and export were sorted out and summarized the common problems behind them, that is, there are problems such as low efficiency and opaque information in production and operation. These problems can be solved by improving the existing digital foundation of OEMs. This thesis discusses the research ideas of problem discovery-analysis-problem-solution-implementation guarantee, and proposes production and operation improvement strategies in three aspects: the entry end, the production process and the exit end, and improves the overall production of the DZ car plant through digitalization.
