中文摘要:面对经济持续下滑的国际形势,变幻莫测的石油行业环境以及反复无常的新冠疫情,油气供求关系易位、新旧能源兴替和“双碳”目标约束的三重作用使石油行业基本面恐将无法复制高油价的历史。国际油田技术服务从专业化向综合一体化的发展也已形成大趋势,各大油服公司正从传统的油服公司向能源类高新技术企业转变,国内外市场竞争格局更倾向于技术引领。油服公司的专业技术能力面临着作业者高标准和同业竞争的双重压力,油服公司发展具有自身特色的综合一体化油田技术服务,已成为其参加国际竞争时重要应对手段。 本文以C公司为例进行分析,对C公司发展概况进行了回顾,并基于经营绩效对现有一体化发展战略实施效果进行了论述,通过比对分析,发现C公司现有一体化发展战略实施过程中存在的问题并进行原因分析,抓住油田服务行业发展特点,并基于宏观环境、技术变革以及竞争环境等驱动因素,明确优化原则、方向以及优化内容,最后提出合理化的措施保障,以期对同类油田服务企业起到一些启发和借鉴意义。 本文结合C公司实际情况以及其所处的行业环境,针对公司的愿景和定位专门选取了国内外较具竞争力的油服公司进行分析比对,发现C公司一体化发展战略实施过程中存在的主要问题核心在于技术创新驱动,并确定了基于技术创新驱动的优化方案,并从组织结构和资源配置、创新模式以及抗风险和国际竞争方面制定了详细的优化保障措施,该研究分析方法对国内同类油服公司也可适用。 
英文摘要:In the face of the international situation of continuous economic decline, the unpredictable oil industry environment and the new and capricious epidemic situation, the triple role of the relationship between oil and gas supply and demand, the rise and fall of new and old energy, and the constraint of the "double carbon" goal may make it impossible for the fundamentals of the oil industry to replicate the history of high oil prices. The development of international oilfield technical services from specialization to comprehensive integration has also formed a major trend. Major oil service companies are transforming from traditional oil service companies to energy high-tech enterprises, and the domestic and international market competition pattern is more inclined to technology leadership. The professional and technical capabilities of oil service companies are faced with the dual pressures of high standards of operators and horizontal competition. The development of integrated oilfield technical services with its own characteristics has become an important means for oil service companies to participate in international competition. This thesis takes Company C as an example for analysis, reviews the development profile of Company C, and discusses the implementation effect of the existing integrated development strategy based on business performance. Through comparison with domestic competitive oil service companies, it finds out the problems existing in the implementation process of the existing integrated development strategy and analyzes the reasons, grasping the development characteristics of the oilfield service industry, and based on the macro environment Driving factors such as technological change and competitive environment, clear optimization principles, directions and optimization contents, and finally put forward reasonable measures to guarantee, so as to provide some inspiration and reference for similar oilfield service enterprises. Based on the actual situation of C Company and its industry environment, this thesis specially selects domestic and foreign competitive oil service companies for analysis and comparison according to the company's vision and positioning, and finds that the core problem in the implementation of C Company's integrated development strategy lies in technology innovation drive, and determines the optimization scheme based on technology innovation drive, and from the organizational structure and resource allocation In terms of innovation mode, anti risk and international competition, detailed optimization guarantee measures have been formulated. This research and analysis method is also applicable to domestic similar oil service companies.
