| 中文摘要: | 伴随着数字化产业的不断发展,作为数字化经济重要支撑的服务器需求量不断增加。人工智能、大数据、云计算等等行业的发展离不开服务器,目前我国一些服务器研发生产企业抓住机遇,快速发展,已经成为世界服务器产业不可或缺的一部分。面对市场上客户需求越来越倾向于定制化、支撑服务器开发的计算平台不断增多、竞争越来越激烈的局面,如何在有限的资源条件下尽可能得缩短服务器研发周期、降低成本、提高质量成为企业可持续发展的重要研究课题。 在这样的背景下,本文以L公司的服务器产品研发项目管理为研究对象,首先介绍了课题的研究背景与研究意义,描述了论文的整体框架以及所采用的几种研究方法:文献综述、理论研究、访谈分析法、案例分析与对比分析法。在介绍了产品及生命周期优化法、门径管理、并行工程与集成产品开发(Integrated Product Development, IPD)等多种产品研发项目管理理论之后,确定选择最为全面的IPD模式作为L公司的服务器产品研发项目管理优化方案。接下来对L公司当前服务器研发项目管理当中的各种问题进行了分析,然后利用IPD模式从研发项目组织结构、研发项目管理流程、研发项目管理策略三个方面入手,对服务产品研发项目管理进行优化,L公司的各种问题都得到了良好地解决。最后论述了本文的研究结论与未来研究展望。 本文的研究为同样想要引入IPD模式的企业提供了实践上的参考,研发项目管理模式的变革离不开组织结构的调整。完善的组织结构设计、研发项目管理流程的优化以及研发项目管理策略的调整能够有效地缩短产品研发周期,在提高产品质量、降低开发成本的同时达到提升客户满意度的效果。从而使企业在激烈的竞争中保留一席之地,获得商业成功。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the continuous development of the digital industry, the demand for servers as an important support of the digital economy is increasing. The development of artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and other industries cannot be separated from servers. At present, some server R&D and production enterprises in China seize the opportunity to develop rapidly and have become an indispensable part of the world server industry. In the face of the situation that customers are more and more inclined to customize, the number of computing platforms supporting server development is increasing, and the competition is becoming more and more fierce, how to shorten the server development cycle, reduce costs, and improve quality as much as possible under the condition of limited resources has become an important research topic for sustainable development of enterprises. Under this background, this thesis takes the server product R&D project management of L Company as the research object. First, it introduces the research background and significance of the subject, describes the overall framework of the thesis and several research methods used: literature review, theoretical research, interview analysis method, case analysis and comparative analysis. After introducing the product and life cycle optimization method, path management, concurrent engineering and integrated product development (IPD) project management theories, it is determined that the most comprehensive IPD mode is the server product R&D project management optimization scheme of L Company. Next, it analyzes various problems in the current server R&D project management of L Company, and then optimized the service product R&D project management from three aspects: R&D project organizational structure, R&D project management process, and project development strategy using IPD model. All the problems of L Company have been well solved. Finally, the thesis discusses the research conclusions and future research prospects. The research in this thesis provides practical reference for enterprises that also want to introduce IPD mode. The change of management mode cannot be separated from the corresponding adjustment of project organizational structure. Perfect organizational structure design, optimization of relevant project processes and adjustment of product project development strategies can effectively shorten the product development cycle, improve product quality, reduce development costs and improve customer satisfaction. So that enterprises can retain a place in the fierce competition and achieve commercial success. | |
