中文摘要：	随着我国城市基础设施建设的高速发展，注重空气质量、美化环境、塑造城市景观品质的需求日益提高。自从习总书记提出“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展观点，园林绿化工程作为城市环境建设的主要组成部分之一，越来越受到重视，推动着园林行业的发展。然而，目前园林绿化行业的总体上发展比较缓慢，项目成本管理水平参差不齐，缺乏系统的管理方法，如何严格控制成本、如何分析成本，成为亟待解决问题，加强园林工程项目成本管理研究，提出可行的成本管理方法及措施，对提高园林工程成本管理具有重要意义。 本文以S集团园林工程项目为研究对象，运用项目成本管理理论，分别从成本管理的现状、内容、方法、流程等方面对S集团项目成本管理现状进行分析，并采用问卷调查的方法深入分析S集团园林工程项目的成本管理问题，充分揭示S集团项目成本管理过程中不足之处，如成本管理不够重视、忽视项目全过程的成本管理、缺乏权责利相结合的管理体系和项目成本考核评价制度不完善等，随后针对S集团园林工程如何取得良好的项目成本管理成效提出具体的措施，围绕目标成本管理理论、成本动态管理理论、全过程成本管理理论等，建立了目标成本责任体系、动态控制体系以及优化项目成本全过程管理等改进措施。 通过引入T园林工程项目案例，结合S集团成本管理改进措施，在项目全过程的不同阶段分别结合目标成本责任体系、动态控制体系，建立符合T项目特点的成本管理流程，消除成本管理问题，使成本得到更加有效的控制，降低整体施工成本。因此，通过构建S集团园林工程项目成本管理优化方案，能够给S集团园林工程项目成本管理以良好的指导和帮助项目控制成本，也对其他的园林工程项目优化成本管理方案提供借鉴。
英文摘要：	With the rapid development of urban infrastructure construction in my country, the need to pay attention to air quality, beautify the environment and shape the quality of urban landscape is increasing. Since General Secretary Xi put forward the development point of view that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", landscaping projects, as one of the main components of urban environmental construction, have been paid more and more attention, promoting the development of the landscape industry. However, at present, the overall development of the landscaping industry is relatively slow, the level of project cost management is uneven, and there is a lack of systematic management methods. How to strictly control the cost and how to analyze the cost has become an urgent problem to be solved. To strengthen the research on the cost management of landscape engineering projects, put forward Feasible cost management methods and measures are of great significance to improving the cost management of garden projects. This thesis takes S Group's garden engineering project as the research object, and uses the project cost management theory to analyze the current situation of S Group's project cost management from the aspects of cost management, content, methods, and processes. The cost management of the group's garden engineering projects fully reveals the deficiencies in the S group's project cost management process, such as not paying enough attention to cost management, ignoring the cost management of the entire project process, lack of a management system that combines rights, responsibilities and interests, and project cost assessment and evaluation The system is not perfect, etc., and then specific measures are put forward on how to achieve good project cost management results in S Group's garden engineering. Focusing on target cost theory, dynamic cost theory, and whole process cost management theory, a target cost responsibility system and dynamic control system are established. And improvement measures such as optimizing the whole process management of project cost. By introducing the case of T garden engineering project, combined with the cost management improvement measures of S Group, combined with the target cost responsibility system and dynamic control system at different stages of the whole project process, a cost management process that conforms to the characteristics of the T project is established, and cost management problems are eliminated. Costs are more effectively controlled and overall construction costs are reduced. Therefore, by constructing the cost management optimization plan of S group garden engineering project, it can provide good guidance for the cost management of S group garden engineering project and help the project to control the cost, and also provide reference for other garden engineering project optimization cost management plan.
