中文摘要:风险投资是对具备较高发展潜质的、未上市的创业公司进行投资的行为,呈现“高风险、高回报、周期长”的业务特点。本文所研究的KT公司是一家综合性金融服务企业,风险投资基金业务是其主要收入来源。风险管理是风险投资经营活动中的关键环节,通过制定正确、有效的风险识别、规避、应对和处置措施,有助于提高风险投资的成功率,降低投资损失。 本文首先围绕研究的背景意义及问题展开全面研究,并在总结国内外研究情况的基础上,对相关风险管理核心问题做出详细阐述,为文章的基础理论研究和实证探索奠定了坚实的理论基础。其次,以KT公司风险投资基金为研究对象,通过文献分析、个案研究、定性与定量结合等研究方法,对照KT公司风险投资基金的风险管理现状进行了详细介绍,并按照“募投管退”四个主要运行阶段的脉络,结合信息不对称、企业生命周期等风险管理理论工具,分别以典型投资案例为切入,对KT公司风险投资基金在上述四个阶段存在的风险点和成因进行了深入剖析,识别出道德、操作、信用、市场、流动性等风险点,总结出“合格投资者筛选风险识别不足、投资决策项目信息不对称、投后动态风险管理意识不强、退出关键节点缺乏评估模型”等诸多风险管理问题。最后,根据KT公司风险管理现状和风险问题提出可行性优化方案,包括“强化投资者筛选、提高项目筛选水平、建立动态风险监督机制、建设关键节点模型”等具体措施,以期达到精准识别、规避预防、快速处置的风险管理优化目的。同时,为保障优化方案的实施,制定了相应保障措施。 本文将为KT公司风险投资基金识别、评估、防范、处置风险提供支撑,将助力其提高风险管理水平,增加企业经营利润。同时,可为其他同类型风险投资基金,完善和建立风险管理体系提供参考和借鉴,从而更好地促进我国风险投资行业蓬勃发展。 关键词:风险管理;风险投资;投资决策  
英文摘要:Venture capital investment is the behavior of investing in unlisted startups with great development potential, mainly characterized by “high risk, high return, and long period”. The KT company studied in this thesis is an integrated financial services enterprise and its venture capital fund business is the main source of income for them. Risk management is crucial step in venture capital business activities, through formulating correct and effective risk identification, avoidance, response and disposal measures, it is contribute to improve the success rate of venture capital and reduce investment losses. Firstly, this thesis conducts a comprehensive study on the background, significance and problems of the study, and make a detailed elaboration on the core issues related to risk management based on the summary of domestic and overseas research, which lays a solid foundation for the basic theoretical analysis and empirical research. Secondly, taking KT company's venture capital fund as the research object, the paper introduces the current situation of risk management of KT company’s venture capital fund detailly through literature analysis, case study, combination of qualitative and quantitative research and other research methods. And according to the four main operational stages of “fundraising, investment, management, and exit”, combined with information asymmetry, life cycle and other risk management theoretical tools, the paper uses typical investment cases as a starting point, analyzes the risk points and causes in the above four stages of KT company, identifies the risk points of morality, operation, credit, market and liquidity, and summarizes many risk management issues, such as “insufficient screening risk identification of qualified investor, asymmetric information in investment decision-making projects, weak awareness of dynamic post-investment risk management, and lack of evaluation models at key exit points”. Finally, based on KT company’s current risk management situation and risk problems, the thesis proposes a feasible optimization scheme including specific measures such as “strengthening investor screening, improving project screening level, setting up dynamic risk model of supervising mechanism and building key point model”, which aims at achieving the purpose of upgrading risk management by accurately identifying, avoiding prevention and rapid dealing. At the same time, the implementation safeguards of the optimization scheme are formulated to ensure its effective operation. This thesis will provide support for the identification, assessment, prevention and disposal of KT company's venture capital fund, and will help it to improve its risk management level and increase its operating profit. At the same time, it can provide the reference for other venture capital funds as the same type to establish and upgrade risk management systems, thereby promoting prosperous development of China's venture capital industry.
