中文摘要：	近年来，随着互联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等数字信息技术的不断完善与发展，推动现代社会向着数字经济时代大踏步迈进。数字信息技术的突飞猛进为国内的传统企业不仅带来了发展的理念机遇和技术支撑，同时也使传统企业面临着战略转型的挑战。信息的通畅使得企业间的资源差别越来越小，生产要素对企业效益的影响程度不断降低，各个传统企业包括建筑业、工业、制造业等绝大多数都已经认识到数字化转型的重要性，纷纷开始寻找并利用新技术、新管理理念对企业的经营管理模式进行优化。数字化转型关乎到企业的经营战略与商业模式，对于建筑行业企业而言，工程建设组织方式落后，工人技能素质偏低，制度体系制约，都是在数字化转型道路上面临的重要挑战。 本文以国内建筑行业头部企业中建五局SD公司作为案例，综合运用文献分析法、案例分析法、实地调研分析法等研究方法，对中建五局SD公司的数字化转型之路进行深入、全面的研究。本文从中建五局SD公司当前的行业竞争环境入手，结合公司内部环境分析，阐述了公司进行数字化转型的必要性和必然性；随后，重点介绍了中建五局SD公司在数字化转型战略上的选择、运用与保障措施，在对其总体战略和数字化管理建设历程、现状分析的基础上，剖析其中存在的问题，进而有针对性地提出解决和完善的方法和措施，形成研究结论。 希望通过本文的研究，总结出大型建筑央企的数字化转型的实施路径，为建筑行业企业进行数字化转型战略的落地运用提供借鉴指导的依据，利用数字化的手段帮助大型建筑行业企业寻找适合自己的转型升级路径、优化管理模式、提升企业核心竞争力，从而在复杂多变的外部环境和行业竞争中处于领先地位。数字化转型浪潮势不可挡，希望大型建筑企业积极持续推进数字化转型发展的探索与实践，为我国的建筑业发展谱写新的篇章。
英文摘要：	In recent years, with the continuous improvement and development of digital information technologies such as the Internet, cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence, modern society has made great strides towards the era of digital economy. The rapid development of digital information technology not only brings conceptual opportunities and technical support, but also the challenge of strategic transformation for the development of domestic traditional enterprises. The smooth flow of information makes the differences of resources between enterprises smaller and smaller and the impact of production factors on enterprise benefits decreases. Therefore, most traditional enterprises, such as those of construction, industry and manufacturing, have realized the importance of digital transformation, and have started to seek and use new technologies and new management concepts to optimize the business management mode of enterprises. Digital transformation relates to the business strategy and business model of enterprises. For those in the construction industry, the backward organization mode of engineering construction, the low skill quality of workers, and the constraints of the system are all important challenges on the road of digital transformation. This paper takes SD Company of China Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau, the leading enterprise in the domestic construction industry, as a case, and comprehensively studies the digital transformation of it by using some research methods such as literature analysis, case analysis and field survey analysis. Starting from its current industry competition environment and combining with its internal environment analysis, this paper expounds the necessity and inevitability of the company's digital transformation, as well as the selection, application and safeguard measures in digital transformation strategy. Based on the analysis of its overall strategy, digital management construction process and current situation, the existing problems are analyzed, and then targeted solutions and measures are proposed to form research conclusions. It is hoped that through the research in this paper, the implementation path of digital transformation of large-scale central construction enterprises will be summarized, which will provide reference and guidance for the implementation of digital transformation strategy of construction industry enterprises, and help large-scale construction industry enterprises find suitable transformation and upgrading paths, optimize management modes, and enhance their core competitiveness by using digital means. So as to be in a leading position in the complex and changeable external environment and industry competition. In a word, the tide of digital transformation is unstoppable. It is hoped that large construction enterprises will actively and continuously promote the exploration and practice of digital transformation development, and write a new chapter for the development of China's construction industry.
