| 中文摘要: | 目前,受到新冠肺炎疫情持续蔓延和国际战争等因素的影响,全球经济尚处在相对低迷的状态。中国通过持续采取积极的“抗疫防疫”措施和宏观经济调控政策,积极恢复经济发展态势。保险业作为中国经济体系中不可缺少的重要部分,承担着“社会稳定器”的关键作用。其中,财产保险为保护社会及居民财产安全提供了有利保障。随着中国对外开放力度加大,市场主体数量明显增长,竞争环境愈发激烈。此外,受到极端天气频发和新兴风险层出不穷等影响,现有的保险产品结构及服务体系不再符合市场需求。在这样复杂多变的背景下,保险公司必须主动寻找新的发展方向和经营模式,通过战略转型实现长期、稳健发展。 本文研究对象A财产保险公司是唯一一家总公司设立在天津的日本全资财产保险公司,业务资源较为稳定。但是,近年来行业及监管环境变化激烈,受到车险综合改革和科技高速发展的影响,经营弱点逐渐显现,公司发展受阻。因此,本文在分析A公司的外部环境和自身特征的基础上提出战略转型策略,以帮助A公司达到长期可持续性发展目标。本文主要通过回顾企业战略管理及战略转型等理论研究背景,评述国内外研究现状,提出本文研究的必要性。其次,通过采用PEST分析法和利益相关者分析法剖析外部环境及内部资源要素,分析其目前所面临的挑战,并结合SWOT分析结果提出公司战略转型策略,具体包括开拓新市场、研发新产品,提高精细化服务水平,利用信息技术获取新价值。最后,从完善组织架构、加强人才梯队建设、提高信息化管理水平和加强合规风险管理体系建设等方面提出具有可执行性的保障措施,确保公司战略转型策略得到有效落实。 本文通过对A财产保险公司的分析和研究,对该公司提出了战略转型方案以及保障措施,对A公司的稳健发展具有重要参考价值,在促进业务持续发展的同时使其具备稳健的盈利能力,另外对其他外资财产保险公司进入中国市场的发展战略制定及战略转型同样具有借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China has been actively restoring its economic development momentum by continuing to adopt active "anti-epidemic and epidemic prevention" measures and macroeconomic control policies. As an indispensable part of China's economic system, the insurance industry plays a key role as a "social stabilizer". Among them, property insurance provides a favorable guarantee for the protection of social and residents' property safety. With China's greater opening-up, the number of market players has increased significantly, and the competitive environment has become increasingly fierce. In addition, due to the frequent occurrence of extreme weather and emerging risks, the existing insurance product structure and service system no longer meet market demands. Against such a complex and ever-changing background, insurance companies must actively seek new development directions and business models, to achieve long-term and stable development through strategic transformation. Property insurance company A, the object of this study, is the only Japanese wholly-owned property insurance company whose head office is set up in Tianjin, and its business resources are relatively stable. However, in recent years, the industry and regulatory environment have undergone drastic changes. Influenced by the comprehensive reform of auto insurance and the rapid development of science and technology, operational weaknesses have gradually emerged and the company's development has been hindered. Therefore, this paper proposes a strategic transformation strategy based on the analysis of Company A's external environment and its own characteristics to help Company A achieve its long-term sustainable development goals. This paper mainly reviews the theoretical research background of enterprise strategic management and strategic transformation, reviews the research status at home and abroad, and puts forward the necessity of this research. Secondly, by using the PEST analysis method and the stakeholder analysis method to analyze the external environment and internal resource elements, analyze the current challenges it faces, and combine the results of the SWOT analysis to propose the company's strategic transformation strategy, including developing new markets, developing new products, Improve the level of refined service and use information technology to obtain new value. Finally, implementable safeguard measures are put forward in terms of improving the organizational structure, strengthening the construction of talent echelon, improving the level of information management and strengthening the construction of compliance risk management system to ensure the effective implementation of the company's strategic transformation strategy. Through the analysis and research of A property insurance company, this paper puts forward the strategic transformation plan and safeguard measures. It is of great reference value for Company A's steady development, and it is expected that the company will be able to achieve a sound profitability while promoting the continuous development of its business. In addition, it can also be used for reference for other foreign non-life insurance companies to formulate development strategy and transform strategy into China market. | |
