| 中文摘要: | 近年来随着新冠肺炎疫情的持续影响,加之国际间政治摩擦不断,产业面临低碳转型等因素导致整体宏观经济持续下行。作为传统制造业的汽车模具行业深受影响,原材料供应价格飞速上涨,国际间航运费用不断上升,汽车销量增长放缓,导致行业间竞争不断加剧。面对如此复杂的外部环境,企业制定何种竞争战略来获取持续的竞争优势显得尤为关键。 竞争战略的本质,是指导企业如何在特定的市场上竞争,以使企业获得和保持竞争优势。本篇论文首先回顾了相关理论,包括环境分析的理论工具、波特竞争战略理论和基于资源与能力的理论,然后对T公司及其汽车模具业务做出了简要介绍。由于企业始终面临外部环境的变化,随后对T公司汽车模具业务所面临的的宏观环境、竞争环境以及其产业的演变做出了详细分析,结合T公司内部环境,主要是产品市场现状以及活动和资源现状说明了T公司目前存在的问题。面对企业目前存在的问题,根据波特四种基本竞争战略说明适合T公司汽车模具业务的竞争战略选择为集中差异化战略,并对其战略构成和竞争地位做出分析。最后,本文详细阐述了T公司汽车模具业务集中差异化竞争战略实施的内部层次结构,利用经济、技术和驱动因素对其价值链进行细分,对价值链构建系统措施的驱动因素进行列表分析,以此保证价值链的一致性和难以模仿性。同时,结合T公司的战略资源和核心能力分析其实施集中差异化竞争战略的系统方案的结构性内容。 通过上述分析和研究,本文阐明了T公司所面临的主要问题,进而对竟争战略的选择进行了剖析和展望,详细描述了T公司汽车模具业务集中差异化竞争战略实施的内部层次结构,为T公司在行业中如何谋取持续性的竞争优势提供了方向,为T公司决策者在企业发展方向上提供了思路,同时也对汽车模具行业中的其他企业有一定借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, with the continuous impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, continuous international political frictions, industries facing low-carbon transformation and other factors, the overall macro economy continues to decline. As a traditional manufacturing industry, the auto die industry has been deeply affected by the rapid rise in the supply price of raw materials, the rising international shipping costs, and the slowing growth of auto sales, leading to the intensifying competition between industries. In the face of such a complex external environment, it is particularly critical for enterprises to formulate competitive strategies to obtain sustainable competitive advantages. The essence of competitive strategy is to guide enterprises how to compete in specific markets so that enterprises can obtain and maintain competitive advantages. The thesis firstly reviews the relevant theories, including the theoretical tools of environmental analysis, Porter's competitive strategy theory and the theory based on resources and capabilities, and then makes a brief introduction to T Company and its auto die business. Since the enterprise is always faced with the change of the external environment, then the macro environment, competitive environment and the evolution of the industry faced by T company's auto die business are analyzed in detail. Combined with the internal environment of T company, mainly the current situation of product market, activities and resources, the existing problems of T company are explained. Facing the existing problems of the enterprise, according to Porter's four basic competitive strategies, the competitive strategy suitable for T company's auto die business is the concentrated differentiation strategy, and its strategic composition and competitive position are analyzed. Finally, the thesis elaborates the internal hierarchy of the implementation of the concentrated and differentiated competition strategy of T Company's auto die business, subdivides its value chain by using economic, technological and driving factors, and makes a list analysis of the driving factors of the value chain construction system measures, so as to ensure the consistency and imitability of the value chain. At the same time, combining with T company's strategic resources and core capabilities, it analyzes the structural content of its system plan to implement centralized differentiation competition strategy.
