中文摘要:创业者,是当今中国正在加速成长的一个群体,代表了当前经济版图最活跃、最积极、最具前景的一面,他们充满激情、充满活力,目光远大。改革开放以来,我国中小企业不断发展壮大,成为推动我国国民经济增长和社会发展的重要支撑,在确保经济平稳增长、优化产业结构、缓解就业压力等方面,越来越成为不可替代的有生力量。面对当前经济的迅速发展以及多变的市场环境,创业者面临着多重压力,企业经营方面也产生了各种痛点,他们亟需借助外力来提升自身的成长。于是,创新创业服务行业作为专为创业者服务的平台应运而生,作为新兴行业近年来蓬勃发展,但同质化严重的问题也让不少创业服务平台遭遇瓶颈期、洗牌期。如何给予创业者更多赋能,如何帮助创业企业有后劲、有动力?毫无疑问,这需要新的平台与模式。 本文主要研究了行业中的龙头企业——创业黑马公司所构建的创新创业服务平台,采用案例论文的方式,首先综述已有文献与背景资料,整理并回顾了创新创业服务的相关研究发展现状以及相关理论,并结合创业黑马公司的实际运营情况,拆解了创业黑马公司的创新创业服务平台的构成要素与建立方式,分析平台的价值创造与构建逻辑,找出其特有的运行机制。最后针对创业黑马公司平台模式的不足并给予相应的建议。 本文研究得出:创业黑马公司所搭建的创新创业服务平台的不同之处在于,牢牢把握住了创业者的核心诉求,以辅导培训为切入点,围绕创业培训搭建起创业服务平台,让创业者能够直面企业家提出自己的困惑,让自身的疑问能够在当下得到解决,连接起创业者与企业家两端的关系,最终形成一个不断正向循环、无限拓展的平台。但是,这个平台目前过于依赖核心企业家与投资人资源,业务结构相对单一,会导致限制其未来的发展规模。通过本文的研究,不仅可以了解国内创新创业服务龙头企业的发展模式,更重要的在研究过程中,作者也将逐步探索创新创业服务平台的标准和未来模式,探索出一个适合当前国情的创新创业服务平台,为行业内的其他企业提供一定程度上的借鉴。 
英文摘要:Entrepreneurs, a group that is growing at an accelerated pace in China today, represent the most active, positive and promising side of the current economic landscape, full of passion, energy and vision. Since the reform and opening up, China's SMEs have continued to develop and grow, becoming an important support for China's national economic growth and social development, and increasingly becoming an irreplaceable and dynamic force in ensuring stable economic growth, improving industrial structure and easing employment pressure. In the face of the current rapid economic development and changing market environment, entrepreneurs are facing multiple pressures and various pain points in business operation, and they urgently need external assistance to enhance their own growth. As a result, the innovation and entrepreneurship service industry has emerged as a platform dedicated to serving entrepreneurs. As a new industry, it has flourished in recent years, but the problem of serious homogenisation has also caused many entrepreneurship service platforms to encounter bottlenecks and reshuffling. How to give entrepreneurs more empowerment, how to help startups have backbone and motivation? Undoubtedly, this requires new platforms and models. This paper focuses on the innovation and entrepreneurship service platform built by Venture Black Horse, a leading company in the industry. Using a case study approach, we first review the existing literature and background information, collate and review the current status of research and development on innovation and entrepreneurship services and related theories, and combine the actual operation of Venture Black Horse. It also analyses the value creation and construction logic of the platform, and identifies its unique operation mechanism. Finally, we address the shortcomings of the platform model and give corresponding recommendations. This paper concludes that the difference between the innovation and entrepreneurship service platform built by Venture Dark Horse is that it firmly grasps the core demands of entrepreneurs, takes coaching and training as the entry point, builds an entrepreneurship service platform around entrepreneurship training, allows entrepreneurs to directly face entrepreneurs to raise their own confusion, allows their own questions to be solved in the present, connects the two ends of the relationship between entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, and ultimately forms A platform that is constantly in a positive cycle and infinitely expandable. However, this platform currently relies too much on core entrepreneurs and investor resources and has a relatively homogeneous business structure, which may lead to limitations on its future scale of development. Through the research in this paper, not only can we understand the development model of leading domestic innovation and entrepreneurship service companies, but more importantly in the course of the research, the authors will also gradually explore the standards and future models of innovation and entrepreneurship service platforms, and explore an innovation and entrepreneurship service platform that is suitable for the current national conditions and provide a degree of reference for other companies in the industry.
