中文摘要:进入二十一世纪,随着中国油气勘探的不断深入,勘探条件愈加复杂,石油开发越来越依靠先进的石油装备。随钻测井和旋转导向就是现代石油开发领域的两项核心技术。两类技术通过互相配合使用,实现地层信息的实时获取,井眼轨迹的控制和采收率的提升,最终大幅提升油气产量,降低桶油成本。国外公司长期垄断这两项核心技术,过去只为国内油田提供技术服务,并不销售该类设备。 近年来,随着国内技术和装备水平的不断提升,国外公司改变原有策略,开始对中国销售设备。国外公司开放销售市场后,国内各油田服务公司累计采购了近百亿元的相关设备。CL公司自引进该设备以来,大幅提升了现场应用和维护保养能力,提升了公司经营业绩。但由于管理措施缺乏,CL公司在取得经营业绩的同时也面临着库存金额高、库存周转率低、项目实际收益率低等问题。 本文针对CL公司在MRO物料管理方面存在的诸多问题,认真调研、收集数据并展开分析,从设备的作业记录、维护记录、MRO物料库存和采购信息入手,结合库存管理中的理论和管理思想,提出了一系列对应的整改措施。首先,针对不同设备的特点,将设备维保内容按照维修保养等级进行划分,明确各等级所需要的MRO部件。并通过分析历史数据,采用时间序列法对未来需求进行预测。其次,将MRO物料与企业实际库存情况相结合,采用ABC-XYZ分类理论,将MRO物料分成核心型、保障型、普通型、消耗型四种类型,并对各类型MRO物料采取不同的管理方案。最后,提升配套的管理措施和信息化手段,来确保库存管理的有效执行。最终实现库存的有效下降,提升了设备的经济收益。 CL公司作为国内油田服务行业的代表,在引进国外先进设备的道路上也走在国内的前列。其对于进口设备MRO物料管理的研究,对国内各油田服务公司管理进口设备提供了帮助,对今后石油装备国产化也起到了借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:In the 21st century, with the continuous deepening of China's oil and gas exploration, the exploration conditions are becoming more and more complex, and oil development increasingly relies on advanced oil equipment. MWD and rotary steering systems are two core technologies in the field of modern oil development. The two types of technologies may achieve real-time acquisition of formation information, control of well trajectory and improvement of oil recovery rate through mutual use, and ultimately greatly increase oil and gas production and reduce oil barrel cost. Foreign companies have monopolized these two core technologies for a long time. In the past, they only provided technical services for domestic oilfields and did not sell such equipment. Recently, with the continuous development of domestic technology and equipment level, foreign companies have changed their original strategies and started to sell equipment to China. After foreign companies opened their sales markets, domestic oilfield service companies have already purchased nearly 10 billion yuan of related equipment. Since the introduction of this equipment, CL has greatly improved its field application and maintenance capabilities, and improved its business performance. However, due to the lack of efficient management measures, CL Company is also facing problems such as high inventory amount, low inventory turnover rate and low project actual rate of return while achieving business performance. Aiming at the problems in the MRO material management of CL Company, this Research carefully investigates, collects and analyzes the data, starting from the equipment operation records, maintenance records, MRO material inventory and procurement information, combined with the theories and management ideas in inventory management, this Research proposes a series of corresponding rectification measures. First of all, according to the characteristics of different equipment, the equipment maintenance content is divided according to the maintenance level, and the MRO components required for each level are defined. By analyzing the historical data, the future demand is predicted through the time series method. Secondly, the MRO materials are combined with the actual inventory of the enterprise, and the ABC-XYZ classification theory is applied to divide the MRO materials into four types: Core Type, Support Type, General Type and Consumption Type. Different management schemes are adopted for each type of MRO materials. Finally, improving the supporting management measures and information means to ensure the effective implementation of inventory management. Therefore, the inventory will be effectively reduced, which also improves the economic benefits of the equipment. As the representative of the domestic oilfield service industry, CL Company is also in the forefront of the domestic market in introducing advanced equipment from abroad. Its research on MRO material management of imported equipment has helped domestic oilfield service companies manage imported equipment, and has also played a reference role in the future localization of petroleum equipment.
