中文摘要:随着中国经济和社会快速发展,保险需求日益旺盛,尤其是在财产保险领域其个性化需求也越来越强,需求增长的同时行业竞争也日趋激烈,特别是外资险企获准进入中国市场以后。如何提升市场竞争力成为各大险企面临的重大课题,毫无疑问,在产品同质化的情况下,如何发挥人的优势,永远是市场竞争得胜的法宝!而人的主观能动性如何调动,去激活其内在驱动力,从而提升个人边际贡献率显得格外引人注目,作为调动主观能动性的激励管理作用也日益凸显;在监管政策日趋严峻、行业薪资水平差异不大的情况下,谁能把非物质激励做好就能获得市场领跑优势。因此,非物质激励在竞争格局中的重要性日益凸显,作为在区域市场中市场占有率超过一半的人保财险C分公司肯定不甘落后。 本文首先通过检索文献资料,梳理非物质激励研究成果,为本文的撰写提供理论依据;其次运用问卷调查及员工访谈,对C分公司非物质激励实际情况开展调研分析,了解企业员工对于现行非物质激励满意度;再次通过调研分析,明确存在的问题及原因分析,找准问题关键所在,并结合案例公司实际提出非物质激励提升策略,并就具体落实配套相应的保障举措。 本文通过对非物质化激励优化研究并提出行之有效的非物质化激励实施策略和路径,能有效激发人保财险C分公司员工潜能,提升个体员工积极性、主动性,从而提升C分公司经营绩效,进而改善员工收入,增强员工凝聚力和向心力,达到员工个人与企业共同成长和进步;此外,也希望本文能为行业内其他公司制定非物质化激励策略提供一定的借鉴指导,推动财产险行业持续稳定健康发展,充分发挥财产保险社会发展“稳定器”和国民经济“减震器”作用,为新时代国家经济和社会发展贡献力量。 
英文摘要:With the rapid development of China's economy and society, the demand for insurance is increasingly exuberant, and the personalized demand is also becoming stronger and stronger. At the same time, the industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, especially after foreign insurance companies are allowed to enter the Chinese market. How to enhance the competitiveness of the market has become a major issue faced by major insurance companies. There is no doubt that, in the case of basically homogeneous products, how to give play to the advantages of people is always a magic weapon to win the market competition! And how to mobilize people's subjective initiative, to activate its internal driving force, to improve the marginal contribution rate of individuals is particularly striking, as the role of mobilizing the subjective initiative of incentive management is also increasingly prominent; In the case of increasingly strict regulatory policies and little difference in industry wage levels, those who can do a good job of immaterial incentives will be able to gain market leadership advantages. Therefore, immaterial incentives are becoming increasingly important in the competition pattern. As the PICC branch with more than half of the market share in the regional market, it is sure not to lag behind! Firstly, this thesis sorted out the research results of immaterial incentives through literature retrieval to provide a theoretical basis for the writing of this paper. Secondly, questionnaire survey and employee interview were used to investigate and analyze the actual situation of immaterial incentives in C branch company, so as to understand the employees' satisfaction with the existing immaterial incentives. Again, through investigation and analysis, the existing problems and reasons are clarified, and the key point of the problem is identified. Based on the actual situation of the case company, the non-material incentive promotion strategy is proposed, and the corresponding support measures are implemented. This article through to dematerialize optimization research and put forward effective dematerialization incentives to implement strategy and path, can effectively stimulate the insurer C branch employee potential, improve individual employee enthusiasm, initiative, and thus improve C branch business performance, and improve the employees' income, enhance staff cohesion and centripetal force, achieve personal growth and progress together with the enterprise; In addition, I also hope that this paper can provide some reference and guidance for other companies in the industry to formulate dematerialization incentive strategies, promote the sustained, stable and healthy development of the property insurance industry, give full play to the role of social stabilizer and shock absorber, and contribute to the national economic and social development!
