| 中文摘要: | 进入21世纪以来,国家电网有限公司将电子商务作为改革的试验田,为抢抓电网与互联网深度融合的发展机遇,深耕能源领域电子商务,于2011年成立了SG电商科技有限公司(以下简称SG公司)。通过十年的积淀SG公司逐步形成了国网商城、云丰物流平台、车辆电商化交易采购专区等一批特色鲜明的B2B电商平台,交易规模也在逐年上升。但随着近年来竞争环境日趋激烈,公司的发展却迟滞不前。SG公司亟待制定一套以核心业务推动和主导的发展战略来保持增长动能,切实提高企业活力和管理效率。 面对着内外部的发展和竞争压力,SG企业应该对战略目标及经营策略做出适度的调整和优化,在战略转型过程中,化危为机,此种情况下,其需要慎重思考的问题是,怎样对转型战略进行科学,合理的设计,并将此战略全面有效的执行和落实下去。 业务领先模型这种战略规划法彰显出了极强的科学性和完善性,作为一种战略规划工具,其实现了可循环利用。通过市场结果中的绩效差距和机会差距对企业达成经营目标,完成战略规划起到了正向的激励作用,在此期间,战略设计和战略执行占据了核心地位,其中,战略设计由战略目标、市场调研、业务规划这几方面内容构成,而战略执行则由核心任务、文化氛围和人才组织等内容构成。从战略思考角度来看,企业通过业务领先模型找寻到了相对完善的发展模式和足够清晰的经营思路。 本文主要对SG公司在能源电商领域的发展战略进行研究。首先,介绍了公司发展概况,并对业务发展中存在的问题进行了初步的分析与总结。其次,在PEST等分析方法的辅助下,对企业所处的宏观环境展开了综合分析,在SWOT分析法的辅助下,对企业经营和发展过程中所面临的机遇与挑战展开研究,从而为总结业绩差距和机会差距提供了数据支撑。然后,依据业务领先模型对SG公司进行了具体的战略规划设计,明确了战略执行路径。最后,为SG公司发展战略的落地提出了有效的实施保障。 结论部分,对全文进行总结,并提出了今后研究的方向和相关建议。希望通过本文的研究,能够为SG电商科技有限公司的战略发展提供有力支持,同时对我国能源电商产业的发展提供借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since entering the 21st century, the State Grid Co., Ltd. has taken e-commerce as a testing ground for reform. To seize the development opportunity of the deep integration of power grid and Internet, and to deepen the e-commerce in the energy field, SG E-Commerce Technology Co. Through ten years of accumulation SG company has gradually formed a number of distinctive B2B e-commerce platforms such as State Grid Mall, Yunfeng logistics platform, vehicle e-commerce trading and procurement area, and the transaction scale is also increasing year by year. However, with the increasingly competitive environment in recent years, the company's development has stagnated, and SG urgently needs to develop a set of core business-driven and led development strategies to maintain growth momentum and effectively improve corporate vitality and management efficiency. Faced with internal and external development and competitive pressure,SG has to adjust its strategic objectives and business strategies in time and carry out a strategic transformation to turn crisis into opportunity. How to design and ensure the effective implementation of the transformation strategy is the first issue to be considered. The Business Leadership Model is a very complete set of strategic planning methodology and a set of recyclable strategic planning tools. The performance gap and opportunity gap in the market results play a positive role in encouraging the enterprise to achieve its business objectives and complete its strategic planning. During this period, strategic design and implementation occupy the core position. Among them, strategic design consists of strategic objectives, market research and business planning, while strategic implementation consists of core tasks, cultural atmosphere and talent organization.The business leadership model provides a more complete idea and paradigm for companies in terms of strategic thinking. This paper focuses on the development strategy of SG in the field of energy e-commerce. First, an overview of the company's development is introduced, and a preliminary analysis and summary of the problems in business development are presented. Second, PEST analysis is used to introduce the macro environment in which the company is located, and SWOT analysis is used to deconstruct the opportunities and challenges faced by the company's business, thus providing data to support the summary of performance gaps and opportunity gaps. Then, a specific strategic planning design was carried out for SG based on the business leadership model, and the strategy execution path was clarified. Finally, an effective implementation guarantee is proposed for the implementation of SG's development strategy. In the conclusion section, the whole paper is summarized, and the direction of future research and related suggestions are proposed. I hope this research can provide support and guidance for Shenguang E-Commerce Company to better formulate and implement its own development strategy.and also provide richer case references and experiences for the development of energy e-commerce industry in China. | |
