中文摘要:随着不断发展的经济全球化,最初企业与企业之间的竞争已演变成企业供应链之间的竞争;而供应链全球化、外包、追求高效精益等使得供应链越来越复杂化,再加上内外部环境的不断变化,致使供应链面临众多的不确定。供应链危机事件频频出现,使得供应链风险管理和研究受到日益的关注。 供应链风险往往会导致企业交付能力下降,被竞争者取代或丢失市场份额;而Z公司是传统的机械制造企业,行业竞争异常激烈,因此供应链是企业能否实现竞争优势的关键。为规避或减轻供应链风险造成的损失,Z公司急需展开供应链风险管理,有效辨识其所面临的风险因素,并加以实施合理的防控措施。鉴于笔者在Z公司多年的实践经验,本研究选择Z公司为研究对象,以供应链风险为研究课题,探索将供应链风险管理理论与供应链运作参考模型结合,对Z公司的供应链风险管理加以系统深入的研究。 本研究主要采用了文献研究法、案例分析法和问卷调查法,共包括六章。第一章是绪论,重点介绍了供应链风险的研究背景、意义以及本文的研究方法、内容和框架。第二章是相关理论基础和国内外研究现状,简要介绍了供应链、供应链管理、供应链风险、供应链风险管理、SCOR模型等的相关理论知识,供应链风险管理国内外研究现状,并构建了Z公司的供应链风险管理框架。第三章是Z公司的供应链风险识别,重点介绍了案例的研究背景、供应链运作流程和存在的问题,并从SCOR模型的计划、采购、制造、交付和退货等流程视角辨识了供应链风险因素。第四章是Z公司供应链风险评价,采用问卷调查、AHP层次分析和模糊综合评价等,对风险因素做出了量化的评价。第五章是Z公司供应链风险控制,从计划、采购、制造、交付和退货等流程角度提出了风险控制措施。第六章是结论部分,包括结论、可能的创新、研究的不足及对未来研究的展望。 本研究将对Z公司开展供应链风险管理有较大的参考价值,同时对供应链成员企业和行业内公司,也有一定的借鉴意义。  
英文摘要:With the continuous development of economic globalization, the initial competition between enterprises has evolved into the competition between enterprise supply chains; and the globalization of supply chains, outsourcing, and the pursuit of efficient and lean supply chains have made supply chains more and more complex, coupled with the continuous changes in the internal and external environment, resulting in supply chains facing numerous risks. The frequent occurrence of supply chain crisis events has led to increasing attention to supply chain risk management and research. Supply chain risks often lead to a decline in delivery capability, replacement by competitors or loss of market share; and Company Z is a traditional machinery manufacturing company, the industry is extremely competitive, so the supply chain is the key to achieve competitive advantage. In order to avoid or mitigate losses caused by supply chain risks, Company Z urgently needs to develop supply chain risk management, effectively identify the risk factors it faces, and implement reasonable preventive and control measures. In view of the author's many years of practical experience in Company Z, this study selects Company Z as the research object, takes supply chain risk as the research topic, explores the combination of supply chain risk management theory and supply chain operation reference model, and conducts a systematic and in-depth study on Z supply chain risk management. This study mainly adopts literature research method, case study method and questionnaire survey method, and includes six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, focusing on the research background and significance of supply chain risk as well as the research methodology, content and framework of this study. Chapter 2 is the theoretical foundation and the current status of domestic and international research. It briefly introduces the theoretical knowledge of supply chain, supply chain management, supply chain risk, supply chain risk management, SCOR model, etc., the current status of domestic and international research on supply chain risk management, and constructs the supply chain risk management framework of Company Z. Chapter 3 is the supply chain risk identification of Company Z. It focuses on the case study background, supply chain operation process and problems, and identifies the supply chain risk factors from the perspective of planning, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery and return process of SCOR model. Chapter 4 is the supply chain risk evaluation of Company Z. The questionnaire survey, AHP hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to make a quantitative evaluation of the risk factors. Chapter 5 is the supply chain risk control of Company Z. Risk control measures are proposed from the process perspectives of planning, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery, and return. Chapter 6 is the conclusion section, including conclusion, possible innovation, shortcomings of the study and outlook for future research. This study will have a greater reference value for Company Z to carry out supply chain risk management, and also for supply chain member companies and companies in the industry, as well.
