| 中文摘要: | 基于日益动态复杂的不确定环境,本文从理论和实证两个方面考 察了中国转型经济背景下,公司创业导向到组织绩效的两类转化路径: 双元能力(Ambidextrous competence)与内部创业环境创建,论证了 两类路径创建对创业导向与组织绩效(EO-OP)间关系的调节效应与 中介效应。经185 份有效样本,通过因子分析、层级回归分析、调节 回归分析、中介回归分析和结构方程模型(SEM)等分析技术对相关 假设进行了检验,部分验证了论文提出的理论假设。 论文得到的基本结论是不确定性环境的加剧,导致更多公司采取 创业导向的战略,但是从创业导向到组织绩效,中间需要一定的转化 路径和组织内部创业环境的支持。本文理论和实证验证的两类转化路 径:机会探索能力与开发能力创建,以及内部创业环境创建,对于创 业理论和实践而言,都有着重要的意义。采取创业导向战略是组织发 展的必然趋势,而不断加强组织的机会探索能力与开发能力,培养有 利于创新和创业的内部环境同样必不可少。 同时,本文也得出了一些与国外研究既相同也有差异的结论,如 公司创业导向的多维性得到了验证,但是前测研究和正式调研数据都 验证了公司创业导向由两个维度组成:创新与超前行动、风险承担, 这与科文和斯莱文提出的创新、风险承担和超前行动三个维度组成不 同。两个维度与组织绩效间具有不同的相关关系,这也被一些理论和 实证研究所证实。 论文的第一章,即绪论部分特别对创业研究的历史从三个阶段进 行了评述,目前已跨过了“黄金期的开端”,开始进入对创业研究自身 学科的独立性探索,以及通过创业视角整合其它理论的新阶段,并对 3 论文的研究背景、研究问题、研究内容和研究方法进行了介绍。 论文的第二章,主要对创业的含义与本质、公司创业的含义、创 业研究的理论基础进行了评述。经过小范围的国内调查,经与加特纳 和莫里斯等人研究对比的基础上,得出了创业的含义与本质,体现为 机会导向、资源整合、价值创造等特征。对于创业与创新的关系,通 过电子邮件访谈了近20 位国际创业研究的著名学者,对两者关系有了 深刻的理解。对于创业研究的理论基础,选择了与本研究最为相关的 战略选择理论与组织生态理论、组织构造理论、创业机会观、资源观 与组织权变理论等进行了简介。 第三章对公司创业导向的含义、理论来源、测量维度,以及主要 理论模型展开评述,特别是对国内外关于公司创业导向与组织绩效间 关系的90 多项实证研究,进行了全面的回顾与评述,对一些结论和存 在的问题进行了总结。 第四章是对米勒、科文、戴斯等人研究框架的理论发展,分别对 组织的双元能力、内部创业环境、不确定环境进行了评述,特别是对 这些理论与创业研究的关联进行了深入分析。 第五章是在前面几章的基础上提出了本文的理论假设构建,重点 对创业导向、双元能力、内部创业环境、不确定环境、组织绩效的量 表维度选择进行了解释,最后对本文的理论假设模型进行了说明。 第六章对问卷设计和前期调研进行了说明,并且对样本的有效性 进行了检验,包括对未回答问卷的样本检验、同一样本母体的检验、 同源偏差的检验与修正,并通过项目分析剔除了检验不显著的条目。 第七章先后通过探索性的因子分析(EFA)和验证性的因子分析 (CFA)、结构方程模型等分析工具部分验证了相关结论,并对回归分 析和结构方程模型分析的结论进行了对比,发现大体相同,略有差异。 第八章是对前面研究结论的总结,对本文在理论和实践上的贡献 和创新点进行了说明,对研究存在的不足进行了分析。最后,对未来 4 研究的方向和前景进行了展望。 本文也有一些遗憾与不足,由于不确定环境的量表条目没有通过 项目分析,提出的假设无法进行检验,只好留待将来的后续项目进行 深入研究 | |
| 英文摘要: | Based on more and more dynamic and complex uncertain environment, this paper makes an analysis theoretically and empirically about the two transition paths from corporate entrepreneurial orientation to organizational performance under China’s transition economy context, which are ambidextrous competence and internal entrepreneurial environment, and demonstrates the moderating effect and mediating effect about the two factors to the relationship of entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance (EO-OP). By using 185 valid samples, this paper tests the hypotheses by some analysis technologies including factor analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, moderated regression analysis, mediated regression analysis and structure equation modeling (SEM), and verifies partial theoretical hypotheses. The basic conclusion this paper made is that more and more corporate should adopt entrepreneurial orientation strategy, but this strategy should be supported by some transition paths and internal entrepreneurial environment. The two transition paths verified by this paper’s theoretical and empirical study, including opportunity exploration competence and exploitation competence and internal entrepreneurial environment, have important meanings to entrepreneurship theory and practice. It’s a necessary trend for adopting entrepreneurial orientation strategy, and it’s more important for strengthening continually organizational opportunity exploration competence and exploitation competence and cultivating internal environment facilitating innovation and entrepreneurship. 3 At the same time, this paper has made some same and different conclusions with foreign studies, for example, more dimensions about corporate entrepreneurial orientation has been tested, but doesn’t like the three dimensions (innovation, risk-taking and proactive) suggested by Covin and Slevin, this paper found that corporate entrepreneurial orientation is composed by two dimensions (innovation and proactive, risk-taking) in the pre-tested research samples and formal research samples. There are different correlativity between the two dimensions and organizational performance, and this point is supported by other theoretical and empirical studies. Chapter one, i.e. introduction part makes a review about entrepreneurship research from three main stages, now it has pass “the beginning of Gold Era”, and enter a new stage of explorating its own discipline and integrating other theory by using entrepreneurship perspective, and introduce the study context, study issues, study contents and study methods. Chapter two makes a review about entrepreneurship meanings and essence, corporate entrepreneurship meanings, theoretical foundation of entrepreneurship. By using a small scale research, and compare with Gartner and Morris’s studies, then induced the meanings and essence of entrepreneurship, including opportunity-orientated, resource-integrated, value-creation and so on. To distinguish the relationship of innovation and entrepreneurship, interview nearly 20 international famous entrepreneurship scholars, and then provide some deep understanding about this point. To the theoretical foundation of entrepreneurship research, introduce several theories or perspectives, including strategy choice theory and organization population theory, organization configuration, 4 entrepreneurship opportunity perspective and organization contingence perspective. Chapter three makes a review about the meaning, theory origin and dimension measurement of corporate entrepreneurial orientation, and several main theory models. Especially, make a detailed review of more than 90 empirical researches about the corporate entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance relationship, and summarize some conclusions and existed problems. Chapter four tries to develop the theory models of Miller, Covin, Dess and so on, and make a review about organizational ambidextrous competence, internal entrepreneurial environment and uncertain environment, especially analyses the connection with entrepreneurship theory. Chapter five brings forward the theory hypothesis based on the analysis of previous chapters, and explains the selection of scale dimensions about entrepreneurial orientation, ambidextrous competence, internal entrepreneurial environment and organizational performance. Finally, shows the theory hypothesis model of this paper. Chapter six explains the questionnaire design and pre-test sample, and check sample’s validity, including sample test of non-response bias, the independent samples test of the same sample, and common method variance test. And eliminate the untested items by using items analysis technology. Chapter seven validates partial hypotheses by using explorative factor analysis (EFA) and confirmative factor analysis (CFA), and compare the conclusions get from the regression analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, and find the accordance in more aspects but 5 small difference in several conclusions. Chapter eight summarize previous study conclusions, and explains this paper’s contribution and innovation points in theory and practice aspects, and analyze the deficiency of this paper. Finally, give the directions and prospect of this paper. There are some regret and deficiencies of this paper, because the uncertain environment scale items can’t be tested by items analysis, so we can’t get the relevant hypothesis, it will be done by the future studies. | |
