| 中文摘要： | 能源行业的发展动态始终牵动人心、关乎国计民生。中国经济发展进入新常态后，在不断提高自身发展质量的同时，做出“力争2030年前实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和”庄重承诺，这一重大战略决策促进新能源行业飞速发展，也使一些能源企业增加了投资机会，但同时也加大了投资风险。 为研究能源企业新形势下的投资战略实施情况，本文首先以YN集团为研究对象，运用理论工具（哈佛分析框架)，采用调研法、定量分析法等，对该企业能源投资战略现状及存在问题进行了分析，发现YN集团目前实行的投资战略为技术密集型和扩张型，投资方向为燃油气产业和风电产业。通过投资效果分析，发现YN集团投资战略目前存在以下问题：一是投资方向单一，被迫与竞争者抢占市场；二是投资回报率不高，利润的来源不够稳定；三是投资结构不够合理，资产运用效率有待提升；四是企业资本规模投资扩张速度正处在放缓的状态被动，未来企业发展后劲乏力。 针对以上问题，本文按照投资战略管理的思路，对YN集团投资战略进行了优化：首先围绕YN集团的投资战略目标，对其内外部环境进行分析，并有针对性选择最合适的投资战略类型，明确了投资战略下一步调整方向。其次，为保障YN集团新的投资战略在复杂的经营环境中落实落地，制定了四个方面实施路径和战略保障措施。在这个过程中，同时完成对以往存在问题和薄弱环节的补强。通过本研究的开展，希望能从理论和实践的角度为能源行业健康发展提供参考。 | |
| 英文摘要： | The energy industry is related to the health of the national economy. Development and national strategic security. while continuously improving the quality of its own development, China made a solemn commitment to "strive to achieve peak carbon by 2030 and medium carbon by 2060". This major strategic decision not only promoted the rapid development of the new energy industry, but also increased the industrial investment opportunities and risks faced by some energy enterprises. In order to study the implementation of the investment strategy of energy enterprises under the new situation, this paper first takes YN group as the research object, uses theoretical tools (Harvard Analysis Framework), adopts research existing problems of the enterprise's energy investment strategy, and finds that the current investment strategy of YN group is technology intensive and expansion, and the investment direction is gas industry and wind power industry. Through the analysis of investment effect, it is found that the investment strategy of YN group currently has the following problems: first, the investment direction is single and forced to seize the market with competitors; Second, the return on investment is not high and the source of profit is not stable enough; Third, the investment structure is not reasonable enough, and the asset utilization efficiency needs to be improved; Fourth, the investment expansion speed of enterprise capital scale is slowing down., The future development momentum of the enterprise. Weakness in view of the above problems, this paper optimizes the investment strategy of YN group according to the idea of investment strategy management: firstly, around the investment strategic objectives of YN group enterprises, analyze its internal and external environment, select the most appropriate type of investment strategy, and clarify the next adjustment direction of investment strategy. Secondly, formulate the implementation path and safeguard measures of the new investment strategy of YN group enterprises. In this process, the existing problems and weak links in the past are reinforced at the same time. | |
