| 中文摘要: | 随着中国经济的高速发展,汽车产业也得到了腾飞。当前中国汽车的生产和消费位居世界第一,与此同时人们对汽车的质量问题日益关注,对汽车质量的要求也在逐步地提高。对于汽车行业而言,质量就是企业生存的根本,企业要想长期生存下去,必须深入分析质量问题,培养解决质量问题的能力。因此,关于企业在新产品导入的质量管理能力如何得到提升,已成为汽车零部件行业越来越关注的课题。 M公司作为一家跨国的汽车零部件企业,近两年在汽车后视镜新产品导入的质量管理方面问题逐渐显现出来。本文从M公司汽车后视镜新产品导入的现状出发,通过深入访谈的方法,总结归纳出当前公司新产品导入的问题。根据质量管理以及新产品导入的相关理论,分析问题产生的原因,有针对性的提出了问题的改善策略。产品设计过程改善策略,解决客户差异化需求提高产品设计质量。FMEA的改善策略,能够对设计与过程的风险起到预防的作用。纠正和预防控制程序的改善策略,提高问题解决效率并做到问题再发防止。完善供应商管理的改善策略,能够确保供应商的来料质量稳定。质量阀评审方法运用的改善策略,能够有效的监控与管理改善策略实施的整体过程。产品设计过程的改善主要作用于前四个阶段,目的是为了提高设计的质量。FMEA的改善主要作用于中间阶段,对于产品设计与过程设计提出针对性的预防措施。纠正和预防控制程序的改善主要在中间阶段与后期阶段实施,对于发生的质量问题能够高效解决,并做到再发防止。供应商管理的改善和质量阀评审方法运用的改善是贯穿于新产品导入的全过程,只有外购件的质量有保证了,质量阀评审都落实到位了,M公司新产品的质量才能有保证。M公司这几条改善策略并不是独立的,而是相互关联,相互促进与补充,共同构成了一个质量管理改善策略。供应商管理改善是质量稳定的前提,设计过程改善是整套改善策略的基础,FMEA的改善与纠正和预防控制程序的改善,在整套改善策略中对质量管理整体提升起到至关重要的作用,质量阀评审方法运用的改善,能有效的监控与管理改善策略实施的整体过程。这一整套改善策略的设计,为M公司汽车后视镜新产品导入的质量管理提升发挥了举足轻重的作用。 本文通过对M公司汽车后视镜新产品导入的质量管理研究,提出新产品导入质量管理改善策略,对M公司汽车后视镜新产品导入的质量管理具有理论指导的作用,对其他汽车零部件企业在新产品导入的质量管理具有借鉴意义,对类似的汽车零部件企业新产品导入的质量管理也有一定的参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the rapid development of China's economy,the automobile industry has also taken off. At present,China's automobile production and consumption ranks first in the world. At the same time,people pay more and more attention to the quality of cars and the quality requirements are also gradually improved. For the automobile industry, quality is the fundamental survival of enterprises. Enterprises must analyze quality problems deeply and cultivate the ability to solve quality problems to survive for a long time. How to improve the quality management ability of enterprises in the stage of new product introduction has become a topic of increasing concern in the auto parts industry. M corporation, as a multinational auto parts enterprise, has gradually emerged problems in the quality management of Outside Mirror new product introduction in the past two years. Based on the current situation of new product introduction of M Company's auto rearview mirror, this thesis summarizes the current problems of new product introduction of M company through in-depth interview. According to the related theories of quality management and new product introduction, the causes of the problems are analyzed, and the improvement strategies are put forward. Product design process improvement strategy to solve the differentiated needs of customers to improve the quality of product design. The improvement strategy of FMEA can prevent the risk of design and process. Corrective and preventive control program improvement strategies to improve the efficiency of problem solving and to prevent the recurrence of problems. The improvement strategy of supplier management can ensure the stable quality of supplier's incoming materials. The improvement strategy used in the quality valve review method can effectively monitor and manage the overall process of the implementation of the improvement strategy. The improvement of the product design process mainly affects the first four stages, aiming at improving the quality of the design. The improvement of FMEA mainly acts on the intermediate stage and puts forward targeted preventive measures for product design and process design. The improvement of corrective and preventive control procedures is mainly implemented in the middle stage and the later stage, which can effectively solve the quality problems and prevent the recurrence. The improvement of supplier management and the application of quality valve review method is throughout the whole process of new product introduction. Only when the quality of purchased parts is guaranteed and the quality valve review is implemented in place, the quality of M company's new products can be guaranteed. These improvement strategies of M company are not independent, but interrelated, mutually promoting and supplementing, which together constitute a quality management improvement strategy. Supplier management improvement is the premise of quality stability, design process improvement is the basis of the whole set of improvement strategy, FMEA improvement and correction and prevention of the improvement of control procedures, in the whole set of improvement strategy for quality management to improve the overall play a vital role, quality valve review method application improvement, can effectively monitor and manage the implementation of the overall process of improvement strategy. The design of this whole set of improvement strategies has played a pivotal role in the quality management improvement of the new product introduction of M company's auto rearview mirror. Through the research on the quality management of M Corporation's Outside Mirror new product introduction. This thesis put forward the quality management improvement scheme of new product introduction of automobile Outside Mirror.
