中文摘要：	运行安全信息是航空公司安全管理的基础，驱动着航空安全管理工作。有效的运行安全信息管理，能为安全管理工作指明方向和重点，引导管理资源投入安全关键环节，更有效地保证安全运行。 本文选取T航空公司作为研究对象，围绕T航空公司当前运行安全信息管理中存在的实际问题，如运行安全信息收集不全面、分析利用不充分、流转效率低共享不足等，开展原因分析，探讨研究T航空公司运行安全信息管理策略。 本文对T航空公司运行安全信息管理策略的研究，总体共包括两个方面：一方面，设计建立T航空公司运行安全信息管理系统，以此作为运行安全信息管理的数字化提升工具，建立运行安全信息收集、运行安全信息分析处理、运行安全信息输出共享的相应模块，提升信息管理效率；另一方面，制定并完善安全信息管理系统实施与保障的相关制度，建立完善运行安全信息管理制度、增加资源投入、营造良好安全文化氛围，形成运行安全信息系统实施与保障相关机制，以确保运行安全信息管理的持续改进。 本研究涉及的运行安全信息管理策略改进的具体方法有： 1.将来源不同的运行安全信息根据其特点，通过系统进行分类标准化处理，解决运行安全信息标准化的问题，为后续功能的扩展预留空间。 2.在运行安全信息的分析利用方面，利用SHELL模型分析当事人员与软件、硬件、环境、其他人员的关系，调查还原事件过程；利用安全风险评估方法与风险评估矩阵，规范运行风险管理过程，开展运行安全信息的深度分析。 3.兼顾运行安全信息管理系统的设计和实施保障，建立持续改进的相关制度。 本文对T航空公司运行安全信息管理策略的相关研究，对解决T航空公司的实际问题，提升T航空公司运行安全信息管理水平，具有较为现实的指导意义。
英文摘要：	Operation safety information is the foundation of the Airlines safety management, which drives the aviation safety management work. Effective operation safety information management can point out the direction and focus of safety management work, guide management resources into the key links of safety, and ensure the safe operation more effectively. This thesis selects T Airline as the research object, and focuses on the practical problems existing in the current operation safety information management of T Airline, such as incomplete collection of operation safety information, insufficient analysis and utilization, low circulation efficiency and insufficient sharing, etc..This thesis carries out cause analysis to discusses and study the operation safety information management strategy of T Airline. The research on the operation safety information management strategy of T Airline in this thesis generally includes two aspects: on the one hand, the design and establishment of T Airline's operation safety information management system is used as a digital promotion tool for operation safety information management, and the corresponding modules for operation safety information collection, operation safety information analysis and processing, and operation safety information output and sharing are established to improve the efficiency of information management; On the other hand, formulate and improve the relevant systems for the implementation and guarantee of the safety information management system, establish and improve the operation safety information management system, increase resource input, create a good safety-culture atmosphere, and form the implementation and guarantee mechanism of the operation safety information system to ensure the continuous improvement of the operation safety information management. The methods for improving the operation safety information management strategy involved in this study are: 1. Classify and standardize the operation safety information from different sources according to their characteristics through the system to solve the problem of standardization of operation safety information and reserve space for subsequent function expansion. 2. In terms of analysis and utilization of operation safety information, SHELL model is used to analyze the relationship between the personnel involved and software, hardware, environment and other personnel, and to investigate and restore the event process.The safety risk assessment method and risk assessment matrix are used to standardize the operation risk management process and carry out in-depth analysis of operation safety information. 3. Considering the design and implementation guarantee of the operation safety information management system, establish relevant systems for continuous improvement. The research on the operation safety information management strategy of T airline in this thesis is of practical significance to solve the practical problems of T airline and improve the operation safety information management level of T airline.
