| 中文摘要: | 自我国新一轮医疗改革政策实施以来,药品、医疗器械的医保集中采购受到了社会的广泛关注,特别是对医疗器械领域的影响重大。本文以人工晶状体制造商LM公司为研究对象,探讨在医保集中采购的新环境下,医疗器械企业如何使用收益共享契约来协调供应链关系。 本文采用数学建模和案例分析的方法,以供应链管理,收益共享契约和渠道行为为理论基础。第一步,通过外部宏观环境分析、行业竞争分析和内部优劣势分析,指出公司所面临的分销渠道销量下滑问题,主要与医保集采政策的机会和企业渠道管理的劣势有关,因而需要调整供应链策略,改善与渠道分销商的协作。第二步,基于单一制造商和分销商的供应链模型,明确了通过收益共享契约,可以使供应链中企业的利润得到帕累托改善,进一步确定利润分配因子的取值范围。第三步,基于LM公司及其分销商的经营数据,量化分析收益共享契约模型,确定由LM公司向分销商支付的策略,并针对不同的分销商类型设计不同的利润分配策略,以及相应的实施保障建议。本文结论指出:(1)在医保集中采购环境下构筑的医疗器械供应链收益共享契约模型中,在中标价格确定的条件下,制造商批发价格和利润分配因子共同决定了最终利润分配,由二级供应链的一方向另一方支付;(2)针对上述供应链,在实施收益共享契约时,可采用单位产品补贴的形式进行利润分配,并应针对不同类型的渠道状况,设计不同的补贴额度以及相应的约束条件和实施保障。而本文为研究对象LM公司提出的具体策略是,依照市占率和渠道成本将分销商分为4种类型,分别采用高中低3种补贴方案,并通过集采合同完成率和实际销售情况加以控制,同时辅以实施保障措施。 本文对LM公司供应链进行模型分析和利润分配策略建议,在研究领域和模型应用层面具有一定创新性,同时为医疗器械企业提供了医保集采环境下供应链管理的策略借鉴和理论依据,为医疗器械行业的可持续发展和医保集采政策的顺利执行提供了有益的借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the implementation of the new round of medical reform policy in China, the centralized medical insurance procurement of drugs and medical devices has attracted extensive attention from the society, especially in the field of medical devices. This thesis takes LM Company, a manufacturer of intraocular lens, as the research object to discuss how medical device enterprises use revenue sharing contract to coordinate supply chain relations in the new environment of centralized medical insurance procurement. This thesis adopts the method of mathematical modeling and case analysis, based on supply chain management, revenue sharing contract and channel behavior. In the first step, through the analysis of external macro environment, industry competition and internal advantages and disadvantages, it is pointed out that the distribution channel sales decline problem faced by the company is mainly related to the opportunity of medical insurance pooling policy and the disadvantage of enterprise channel management. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the supply chain strategy and improve the cooperation with channel distributors. In the second step, based on the supply chain model of single manufacturer and distributor, the profit of enterprises in the supply chain can be Pareto improved through revenue sharing contract, and the value range of profit distribution factor is further determined. The third step is to quantitatively analyze the revenue sharing contract model based on the operating data of LM Company and its distributors, determine the payment strategy of LM company to distributors, and design different profit distribution strategies according to different types of distributors, as well as corresponding implementation guarantee suggestions. The conclusions of this thesis are as follows :(1) in the revenue-sharing contract model of the medical device supply chain constructed under the centralized procurement environment of medical insurance, under the condition that the bidding price is determined, the manufacturer's wholesale price and the profit distribution factor jointly determine the final profit distribution, which is paid by one party of the secondary Abstract III supply chain to the other party; (2) For the above supply chain, when implementing the revenue sharing contract, profit distribution can be carried out in the form of unit product subsidies, and different subsidy amounts, corresponding constraints and implementation guarantees should be designed according to different types of channel conditions. The specific strategy proposed by LM Company, which is the research object in this thesis, is to divide distributors into four types according to market share and channel cost, and adopt three subsidy schemes of high, middle and low respectively, which are controlled by the completion rate of collectivement-procurement contract and actual sales situation, and supplemented by the implementation of safeguard measures. In this thesis, the LM model analysis of supply chain and profit distribution policy Suggestions, have certain innovation in the field of research and model application level, at the same time provides a health-care medical equipment enterprises in supply chain management under the environment of policy reference and theoretical basis, for the sustainable development of the medical equipment industry and health care provides the beneficial reference in policy carried out smoothly. | |
