| 中文摘要: | 信任问题一直是人类社会的基本而极重要的问题之一,它折射出社会中的个体对于人类本性的基本信念,信任总是与社会个体之间的关系即人际关系联系在一起,信任关系在人类社会生活中不可缺少,人际信任是社会经济生活的润滑剂,信任关系的建立和维持是社会得以正常运行的前提,而且是诚信的基础,而诚信确保了社会秩序得以确立。 同样,在新时代的全球化背景下,信任在企业战略管理和战略联盟中的地位日益上升,信任的缺失对于企业核心竞争力的提升、战略合作联盟的开展无疑会带来很大的负面效应;而随着技术的飞速发展、市场全球化,企业管理者面对一个更加变幻莫测的竞争环境,在企业组织形式中也出现了新的形式——虚拟企业、网络式组织等等。在这种竞争背景下,企业要实现跨组织和跨地域协调,那么如何减少协调成本并同时保证企业的灵活性,就成为一个不得不考虑的管理挑战。面对这些难题,学者们纷纷指出信任是提升企业竞争力、企业文化、精神再造,解决新的企业组织形式下管理问题的关键。 因此,从文化探讨、思想归纳、到思维架构与模型研究,本论文从管理学、经济学、社会学等跨学科的角度对信任概念内涵和功能认识比较梳理的基础上,从理论上探讨信任发生的机理、信任机制建立的途径、信任的功能等内容,并对中西方关于信任理论的研究现状进行综述,作为本论文的研究起点。结合人类管理思想的两种起源——渊源于华夏文化传统的中国管理思想和渊源于古希腊文化传统的西方管理思想,论文重点的对中国古代管理思想的信任观,和西方战略管理思想的信任观进行研究归纳,重点剖析儒家、道家、墨家、法家代表人物管理思想中的信任因素,认为:中国古代各管理流派思想中均体现了信任的内涵,即无论是基于何种假设,采取何种态度和战略来进行统治和管理,都是以信任为前提,在信任的基础上建立起来的;而对西方战略管理思想的信任观,则是从西方战略管理思想的发展历程来研究,探讨信任在企业战略思维中架构的构建、战略竞争模式的提升、战略联盟中的地位,认为:信任在企业战略联盟的组建、合作过程的思维中,均发挥着最为重要的作用,信任往往是企业战略思维的主要基础。 本研究认为,信任与企业战略管理的关系,涵盖企业战略管理广泛层面的各个思维方向,都是未来信任体制建设值得研究的范畴,但是本研究将着重于企业范式信任体制建设的内外部原因、途径,信任管理在现代企业管理中的意义与体现面来研讨。 本论文在广泛的考察中国传统战略思维中的信任观,和西方战略管理理论的信任观后,也通过对战略管理理论的回顾,分析了各个阶段理论的内在核心理念的转变和各理念间的相互关系,总结出战略管理思维架构与模式;并通过分析归纳,便于本研究从中发掘与信任管理相关的领域和方向,在很多领域是可以整合的,比如供应链管理中的信任,战略联盟中的信任等等,整体的以信任为核心,研究信任在企业战略管理思维中的重要地位,构建一个基于信任的企业战略管理思维模型,从战略环境变化、战略执行管理、战略绩效考核等层面,提出以信任为核心的企业战略思维架构整合。 在企业战略管理思想和信任的关系上,本文重点研究了信任在企业战略联盟中的地位和影响因素。研究认为,信任在企业战略联盟的组建、合作过程中均发均着最为重要的作用,信任决定着企业战略联盟的全过程。基于对于联盟伙伴的信任,企业才愿意提供联盟伙伴进一步的资源能力,如技术、市场资讯及经营管理能力等,联盟伙伴才有学习的机会与管道,因此,信任在西方战略管理思想中无疑处于最核心、最重要的地位 本论文由八个部分构成,第一部分介绍选题目的及本文研究的理论背景;第二部分是本文以信任为核心的文献基础探讨,从多学科、多层面来考察信任的基本内涵、功能与层次性等内容;第三部分研究中国古代管理思想中的信任观,梳理出信任在中国管理思维中的地位;第四部分比较研究西方战略管理思想中的信任观;第五部分研究信任体制的建设与战略性转变,观察信任管理在企业战略管理中的核心地位与体现;第六部分就基于信任的中西战略思维研究,以信任为核心,从战略环境、战略执行、战略绩效三个层面来提出适合中国大陆企业的战略思维架构,并提出一个基于信任的企业战略管理模型——TRUST Model,;第七部分为企业信任管理的案例讨论,分为四个不同发展背景、企业文化的企业研究;第八部分为研究结论、研究创新点与研究的不足之处。 各章的研究主题依次是如下: 第一章,绪论:提出了研究目的和选题背景,并揭示了本文结构及主要内容。 第二章,信任研究文献综述。 第三章,中国古代管理思想的信任观。 第四章,西方企业战略管理思想与信任。 第五章,战略性信任体制的建设:探讨信任在战略中的核心意义与体现。 第六章,基于信任的战略管理模型。 第七章,信任管理的案例分析。 第八章,结束语:包括了本研究的总结、本研究的创新与不足之处,和未来研究方向。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Trust has one of the basic and extremely important problems of the human society all the time, individual that it refracts out in the society basic faith to the human natural instinct. It is always that relation with the social individuals namely interpersonal relationships are linked with trust, the trusting relationship is indispensable in the life of human society, it is the lubricant of the social economic life that trust interpersonally. Setting-up and keeping a prerequisite that a society must use normal running of the trusting relationship, and the foundation of the sincerity and sincerity has guaranteed that the civil order can be established. Equally, under the globalization background of new era, the position of trust in enterprise's strategic management and strategic alliance rises day by day; the disappearance of trust in will undoubtedly bring very great negative effect to the promotion of enterprise's core competences, development of the strategic cooperation alliance. And with the development, market globalization at full speed of technology, enterprise's manager faces a more changeable competitive environment; the new form has appeared too in enterprise's organizational form --Virtual enterprise, network organization etc. Under this kind of competition background, enterprises should realize stepping and organizing and stepping the region to coordinate, how to reduce and coordinate the cost and guarantee the flexibility of enterprises at the same time then, become a management challenge having to consider. Face these difficult problems, the scholars point out one after another that trust promotes enterprise's competitiveness, corporate culture, spirit to give a new lease of life, solve the new key solution of making the problem of management of enterprise organizational form. Therefore, probe into culture, the thought is summed up, builds up studying with the model to thinking, in this dissertation analyses the concept of trust from the angel of management, economics and sociology, and discusses the mechanisms of trust-producing, the approach of trust mechanism establishment, and the function of trust. And carry on the research to the Chinese and Western side about the research current situation of trust theory, as the research starting point of this dissertation. From Chinese angle, human management thought origins contain two kinds of main types: One kind is China management that origin from the traditional Chinese culture, another kind is the western management theories that origin from the ancient culture of Greece. The dissertation is ancient to China especially to manage the trust view of the thought, and the trust view of the western strategic management thought carries on research to sum up, analyze the Confucians, Taoist school, Monist School, Legalists representative figure and manage the trust factor in the thought especially. So, China each managed and reflected the intension that trust the school thought in ancient times, namely no matter because of which kind of assumption, take any attitudes and strategy to carry on ruling and management, all set up on the basis of believing in under the prerequisite of trust. And the trust view to the western strategic management thought, study from the development progress of the western strategic management thought, probe into and trust the position in the construction, promotion of the strategic competition mode, strategic alliance that build up in enterprise's strategic thinking. So, trust the set-up, thinking of the cooperative progress of the strategic alliance of enterprises, playing a most important role, it is often the main foundation of enterprise's strategic thinking that trust. This research is thought, the relation of trust and enterprise's strategic management, contain each thinking direction of the extensive aspect of enterprise's strategic management, all trust the system and build the category that is worth studying in the future, but this research will focus on internal and external reason, way why enterprise's normal form trust system construction, the meaning of trust and managing in modern business management and embodiment surface are discussed. After analyzing the trust viewpoint of China traditional management and the western management theories, this dissertation conceives an integrating model of strategic management ideology on the basic of trust, pass the retrospect of the strategic management theory too, have analyzed the interrelation between transition of the key idea and every idea inside of theories of each stages, summarize thinking building up and mode of strategic management. And sum up through analyzing, benefit this research and explore field and direction correlated with trust and managing from it, can be combined in a lot of fields, for example the trust within supply chain management, trust in the strategic alliance, etc.. Studying the important position of trust enterprise's strategic management thinking regarding trust as the core of the whole, structure one on the basis of enterprise strategic management thinking model that trust, change from strategic environment, strategic implementation management, and strategic performance assessment aspects, discusses how to integrate the enterprise's strategic thinking base on the basic of trust. On relation of enterprise's strategic management thought and trust, position of trust the strategic alliance of enterprises and influence factor that originally some key research. The research has suggested, the most important function takes place in the set-up, cooperative process of the strategic alliance of enterprises to trust, trust the whole decision process of the enterprise strategic alliance. On the basis of the trust to alliance partner, enterprises like to offer partner's further resource ability to the alliance, for instance technology, market information and managerial ability, etc., alliance partner has chance and channel of study, and so, it is undoubtedly in the most crucial, trust is the most important status in the western strategic management thought. This dissertation is formed by eight parts: First part introduce the theory background and purpose of selecting the topic; Second part is a basic discussion of literature review about trust, come to investigate the contents, such as basic intension, function and level of trust, etc. from the multi-disciplinary, research process construction; The third part is about trust view in Chinese ancient times, certain the position of trust in Chinese ancient times management thought; The fourth part comparably studies the trust view in western strategy management thought; The fifth part construction trust system and enterprise's strategic management normal form changes, the key position observed and trust to manage in enterprise's strategic management and reflecting; The sixth part Study on the basis of the strategic thinking in the Midwest that trust, regarding trust as the core, carry out from strategic environment, strategy, strategic three aspects of performance put forward the strategic thinking framework which suit enterprises of China Mainland, and propose one on the basis of enterprise strategic management model --TRUST Model; The seventh part is the case-study that enterprises trust management, is divided into four different development backgrounds, and corporate culture studied; The eighth part is the conclusion, point out the creation and weak point of the dissertation. Every chapter is as follows sequentially: Chapter one, introduction: Have proposed the research purpose and selected title background, and has announced the structure of this dissertation and main content. Chapter two, Literature review about trust. Chapter three, Trust in Chinese ancient strategy management. Chapter four, Trust in western strategy management. Chapter five, Relationship between trust and strategy management mode, and the core meaning of trust in strategy management. Chapter six, Strategy management integrated model--TRUST Model. Chapter seven, Case study of the TRUST Model. Chapter eight, Conclusion: Including the summary, creation and weak point of this research, the direction of future study. | |
