中文摘要: 碳达峰、碳中和提出以来,构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统成为能源革命的重要任务,实现能源绿色低碳转型的关键在于,大规模新能源的接入和消纳。新能源虽然清洁但是具有很强的不确定性,电力的输出完全仰仗气候的变化,需要“靠天吃饭”。如此大规模间歇性的能源给电力系统带来很大挑战。而储能系统能够双向调节,灵活多样的控制新能源带来的波动,通过对多余电量的存储和在电力短缺时释放,来解决新能源并网带来的相关问题,因此储能系统在发电、输配电、用电等领域得到广泛应用,基于储能的技术特性,其已经间接成为推动能源绿色转型的关键支撑技术。“双碳”目标对储能产业影响深远,其为储能企业创造出极大市场空间的同时也提出了更高的要求,加剧了市场竞争。如何在挑战中抓住机遇,如何选择恰当的竞争战略并实施贯彻,成为我国储能企业乘势而上的关键所在。 本文分别从产业层面、企业层面、业务层面进行战略理论研究,选取储能行业龙头企业ND储能企业为案例,研究“双碳”目标对ND储能企业战略选择和战略实施的影响。首先,通过分析“双碳”目标下我国储能产业发展现状以及行业竞争态势,通过宏观环境分析、五力竞争模型等理论研究ND储能企业的外部环境;其次,基于外部环境的研究,采用SWOT分析、价值链分析等分析工具,研究ND储能企业的内部环境;再次,结合内外部环境分析,研究ND储能企业的战略选择,聚焦储能领域的战略布局,通过横纵一体化战略实现龙头地位的稳固;最后,针对储能重点应用领域,分析具体的战略实施方案。 本文希望通过研究ND储能企业的战略选择,总结有效经验,为更多科技创新企业提供借鉴。面对内外部环境的变化,进行更具前瞻性的战略布局,创新更具竞争力的企业经营模式,共同推动我国储能产业健康可持续发展,为实现“双碳”目标贡献力量。 
英文摘要: Since carbon peak and carbon neutrality were proposed, the construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body has become an important task in the energy revolution. The key to realize the green and low-carbon energy transformation lies in the access and consumption of large-scale new energy. Although the new energy is clean, it is highly uncertain. The output of electricity completely depends on the climate change, and it needs to "depend on the weather". Intermittent energy on such a large scale poses great challenges to the power system. The energy storage system can be adjusted in both directions, flexibly and flexibly control the fluctuations brought by new energy, and solve the related problems caused by the grid-connected new energy by storing the excess electricity and releasing it in the case of power shortage. Therefore, the energy storage system has been widely used in the fields of power generation, transmission and distribution, electricity consumption and so on. It has indirectly become the key supporting technology to promote the green transformation of energy. Dual carbon target has a far-reaching impact on the energy storage industry. It creates a huge market space for energy storage enterprises, but also puts forward higher requirements and intensifies the market competition. How to seize the opportunity during the challenge, how to choose the appropriate competition strategy and carry out, becomes the key to the momentum of energy storage enterprises of our country. This paper conducts strategic theoretical research from the industrial level, enterprise level and business level, and selects A company, ND leading enterprise in the energy storage industry, as ND case to study the impact of the "double carbon" goal on the strategic choice and implementation of ND energy storage enterprise. Firstly, by analyzing the development status and competitive situation of energy storage industry in China under the double carbon target, the external environment of ND company is studied by macro-environment analysis, five-force competition model, etc. Secondly, based on the study of the external environment, SWOT analysis, value chain analysis and other analysis tools are used to study the internal environment of ND energy storage enterprise. Thirdly, combined with the analysis of internal and external environment, this paper studies the strategic choice of energy storage enterprise ND, focuses on the strategic layout of energy storage field, and realizes the stable leading position through the horizontal and vertical integration strategy. Finally, for the key application areas of energy storage, the specific strategic implementation scheme is analyzed. This paper hopes to study the strategic choice of energy storage enterprise ND, summarize effective experience, and provide reference for more scientific and technological innovation enterprises. Facing the changes of internal and external environment, we should make more forward-looking strategic layout, innovate more competitive enterprise business model, jointly promote the healthy and sustainable development of our energy storage industry, and contribute to the double carbon goals.
