中文摘要:从外部看,“资管新规”实施后,分类监管红利消失,细分行业壁垒被打破,行业竞争进一步加剧。对于身处其中的保险资产管理公司而言,虽然有母公司资金支持,但是也面临巨大的增长压力。从内部看,Z保险资产管理公司传统的依赖投资业绩驱动业务发展、依靠人员增加带来的专业化精细化,创造超额收益和竞争优势的发展模式也日益呈现出疲态,不但领先优势消失,短期业绩有时甚至落后于行业平均水平。公司迫切需要找到新的发展方向来提升资产管理规模。 本文通过大量的文献研究,从提升运营能力改善客户体验以赋能销售的角度进行分析,以流程优化理论、产品生命周期理论等相关理论为基础,从资管产品全生命周期去梳理Z公司产品研发的所有业务流程,从内部和外部两个角度去调研Z公司资管产品研发流程中存在的问题并分析这些问题产生的原因。针对上述问题和问题产生的原因,提出适合Z公司资管产品研发流程优化的方案。通过问卷调查筛选出需要优化的关键业务流程,运用ESEIA方法进行流程优化设计并对优化效果进行预估,最后提出组织和制度、资金和技术实施保障,为流程优化的顺利实施保驾护航。 本文主要的研究结论有三点。首先,Z公司的资管产品研发流程表现出的诸多问题,究其原因,从本质上来说,公司对于业务流程的设计没有围绕“客户”与“价值”展开。既没有从客户的角度基于客户的价值体验进行流程设计,又没有从公司的角度基于公司的知识积累设计流程以实现流程的增值。其次,针对资管产品研发流程表现出的各种问题,抓住重点和关键流程,以生命周期理论为框架,以客户的痛点为抓手,以价值增值为目标,运用ESEIA方法对相关流程完成详细分析和设计。最后,完成了关键业务流程的优化设计,并结合业务流程设计了产品生命周期管理系统(PLM),通过项目管理办公室(PMO)为项目的落地保驾护航,以保证业务流程在优化后可以得到切实有效的执行。  
英文摘要:Externally, after the implementation of the "New Asset Management regulations", the dividends of classification regulation have disappeared, the barriers of sub-sectors have been broken, and the competition in the industry has further intensified. For the insurance asset management companies in the industry, they are facing tremendous growth pressure despite the financial support from their parent companies. Internally, the traditional development model of Z insurance asset management company, which relies on better investment performance to drive business development,specialization and refinement to create excess returns and competitive advantages due to increased staffing, is also becoming increasingly weak. The company urgently needs to find a new development direction to enhance the scale of asset under management. This thesis analyzes from the perspective of enhancing operating efficiency to improve customer experience to empower sales through extensive literature research, and based on process optimization theory, product life cycle theory and other related theories, it combs all the business processes of Z company 's product development from the whole life cycle of asset management products, and investigates the problems existing in the R & D process of Z company 's asset management products from both internal and external perspectives and analyzes the causes of these problems. In view of the above problems and the causes of the problem, we propose a suitable solution for the optimization of the product development process of Company Z. The key business processes that need to be optimized are screened out through questionnaires, the process optimization design is carried out using ESEIA method and the optimization effect is predicted, and finally the organization and system, financial and technical implementation guarantees are proposed to ensure the smooth implementation of process optimization. The main findings of this thesis are threefold. First, the reason for the many problems in the development process of Z's managed products is that the company's business process is not designed around "customer" and "value". The process design is not based on the customer's value experience from the customer's perspective, and the process design is not based on the company's knowledge accumulation from the company's perspective to realize the value-added process. Secondly, in view of the various problems of the R&D process of management products, we grasped the key points and key processes, took the life cycle theory as the framework, took the customer's pain points as the grasp, and used the ESEIA method to complete the detailed analysis and design of the relevant processes with the goal of adding value. Finally, the optimization design of key business processes was completed, and the product lifecycle management system (PLM) was designed in conjunction with the business processes, and the PMO escorted the implementation of the project to ensure that the business processes could be effectively implemented after the optimization.
